Description
Many trains (about one every 50 minutes, from 6:53 am until 21.03 pm) allow you to leave the international Pisa airport "Galileo Galilei" getting to the house, situated close to the Torre Del Lago train station (train change is necessary in "Pisa Centrale"). The house is situated in front of the train station so are not needed other means of transport.
Spacious rooms built towards the end of the NINETEENTH century but recently completely restored. Disposed on three floor with an independent entrance. Secondary entrance to the garage for the bicycles. In the back part there is a small backyard which separates the house from the outbuilding, here below described.
Soon after the entrance, you find a comfortable receiving living room, with tv area, where you can relax, after a day of interesting travels in Tuscany. Passing through an arc we get to the second room, where you can find a fireplace. The glass table can be also used for having a lunch or a dinner, when there are lots of people. From here you can get in to the kitchen or to the higher floors.
The kitchen is divides into two parts from a shelf peninsula: baking zone (furnished with dishwasher and electric oven) and lunch areas (with wood table for 6 persons).
Passing through the dining room you can go out to the courtyard, where there is a washboard and a shower usable in the warmer months (to wash out the sand from the body, coming back from the beach). In the outbuilding there is an ulterior kitchen and a wood oven. A real working kitchen, in which it is possible to prepare good meal or wood oven cooked delicious pizzas. In the outbuilding a washing machine is available.
From the living room, through an ancient and elegant staircase in veined white marble, you get to the first floor. Here you find a bed room, a small bed room and the first one of the two bathes.
In the double bed room there are furniture of the first years of the nine hundred century; These recall ancient memories with a warm and comfortable style. The window of the room, thus like the others one, are in a new type equipped with double glass, in order to mitigate the outdoor noises.
The small clear colour room (wickers made) is apt both for children or for adult people.
Between the two rooms it is situated in bath, equipped with bathtub, with elegant finishes in tones clearly green.
Going up through the stairs (completely chestnut tree wood made) we get to the second floor. Here we find others two bed rooms and a bath room with a shower.
The first one is a double room very confortable with parquet floor.
The second one is a smaller room with a bed for two young guys.

“Perfect house for big family or few friends for holiday in Italy.”
Fantastic holiday home. Eight people would fit perfectly. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are perfect for group of friends or for big family. It's situated 4 km from the beach where you can go by bike or even by walk. Owners are super nice and helpful. Me and my family spend amazing time there.
