Description
SUMMER RATES June 1 to Aug 31- for this charming central Tucson casita with complete kitchenette, new 3/4 bath and large bedroom/living space with queen size bed. Flat screen TV, WIFI, washer dryer available with private backyard and off street parking in secure gated residence. Minutes to University of Arizona, downtown shopping, museums, golf, restaurants and local hiking areas. Children and small dogs 20 pound ( flexible) are welcome. Smoking is not permitted IN or near the casita within 20 feet of the doorway.
Rates are $55-95 per night with the exception of the Gem Show Approx Feb 1 - Feb 15th - during Gem Show rates are $125 per night with a 2 week minimum. Summer discounts are available June 1 - Aug 31st
Flat screen TV, WIFI, washer dryer available with private backyard and off street parking in secure gated residence. Minutes to University of Arizona, downtown shopping, museums, golf, restaurants and local hiking areas.
We will be available to the guests as much as needed to ensure that they are comfortable and enjoying their stay.
This is a very nostalgic neighborhood that has been around since the 1940's. It is very well established and there are a lot of very eclectic southwestern homes in the area. It really feels like the Old Pueblo part of Tucson!
