Inspired natural tropical elements and Tulum white sandy beach, this one-of-a-kind Villa offers guests views of the beach from all points on the property. This beachside Hacienda-style home benefits from warm breezes and lots of sunshine. This exceptional location creates an outstanding centerpiece for the beachside of the property. The accommodations and service provides guests with a spectacular vacation experience.
Hacienda Paraiso resides along a big stretch of soft, white sandy beach with lush with tropical vegetation and expansive views of Tulum famous beaches. This luxury rental estate is situated on approximately 2 acres of pristine coastline property and provides direct access to the sun drenched beaches and warm Caribbean waters.
This newly built estate is surrounded by indigenous flora and fauna, palms, flowering vines and shrubs all native to this tropical region of Mexico awaits your next visit.
Large, thoughtfully designed guest spaces: Ground floor consisting of entrance and hall, five bedrooms all with ensuite baths overlooking the beach, one guest bedroom faces the garden area. Go upstairs and find a large seating area with large flat TV, with comfortable seating, master bdrm, facing the beach, and fully equipped kitchen features handmade furnishings, large dining table; all of this area overlooks the beachside. Open the sliding glass doors and find the pool and large terrace area with cozy outdoor Palapa bar and beachfront terrace for Special Events and outdoor dining.
This luxury private Mexican rental villa has all the details needed to cater to the discerning traveler, daily maid service provides complete executive-level service.
Activities such as visiting the Tulum ruins, shopping in local markets, Spanish language lessons, party planning for special events and a myriad of other activities can all be arranged through our Concierge.
For large groups we have 10 guest rooms, all facing the sandy garden area, this guest rooms are part of the petit hotel, and not part of the main home. Guest rooms feature two double beds and full baths, good size terrace, all with beach access.

Villa Hacienda Paraiso is the perfect home to enjoy a once in a life time vacation, located next to Paraiso Beach Club and offers all of the hotel amenities such as daily maid service, 24 hour private security and concierge service from 8 am till 8 pm.
The Beach club it's open from 11 am till 6 pm offering a great international sea food menu. There is also a therapeutic spa for a relaxing massage or deep tissue treatment. The Beach club also offers a small marina service for charter fishing boats or amazing snorkeling tours out to the corral reef located only 5 minute boat ride, but if you are a little bit more adventurous and like a bit of extreme sports, there is a kite boarding-surfing school a few steps away.
