Appartamento moderno ben arredato con grande terrazzo, in zona tranquilla di Viareggio al Primo piano con ascensore di un condominio signorile. Aria condizionata, zona cottura a induzione e grande sala con terrazzo intorno a tutto l'appartamento sul quale è possibile anche pranzare e soggiornare . Posto auto coperto e riservato e posto per biciclette. A 100mt dalla pineta e a 500mt dal mare raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Due camere matrimoniali grandi con bagno di buone dimensioni. Dotato di Lavatrice, Lavastoviglie, Frigorifero. Disponibile tutto l'occorrente per i soggiorno, pentole, piatti, bicchieri, posate, lenzuola e federe. Per i bambini seggiolone e lettino da campeggio. Collegamento Wi-fi disponibile per tutto l'appartamento con un web cube.

“Fabulous apartment!!!”
We are very happy to give a five star review. Both Massimo and Antonella kindly met us on arrival even though we were quite delayed at the airport. They explained everything in detail and left us feeling reassured if we needed any help there was someone on site and numbers to call. We used the apartment as a base for visiting Pisa, Lucca, Florence, La Spezia and Livorno which were all very beautiful and well worth a visit. The week we visited was unusually hot and the air conditioning system was a real bonus for us. Also, all shops were within walking distance with a lovely pizzeria just around the corner and an ice cream shop. We quickly settled into the apartment. As a family of four we were very comfortable. Our daughter has special needs and the lift was useful for us. Once inside everything was on one level. We hired a car and there was ample parking in a secure private car park which was in the shade underneath the apartment block. Viareggio has a lovely ambience and we would love to return again. We ambled along the promenade on an evening after enjoying a walk through the woodland. The food at Il Pirata was delicious. We found a gorgeous beach further south past Livorno the sand was white and the water a mixture of pale blue and green and it was free. Massimo and Antonella have thought of everything you would need and was well stocked with kitchen items and other toiletries plenty of clean towels and bed linen.
