L'appartamento si trova al piano terra a Viareggio in un quartiere residenziale in una strada secondaria dove parcheggiare è gratuito e facile in via Dei Campi 23 è ben raggiungibile dall'autostrada e dista dalla Stazione ferroviaria 5 minuti in auto (15 minuti in autobus) ed anche dall'aeroporto di Pisa.
La zona è ben servita sia dai mezzi pubblici (la fermata degli autobus è subito girato l'angolo della strada (qui si chiama via della Lena) con via Aurelia sud n, 183 a 3 minuti a piedi dalla casa), vi ferma il diretto per Viareggio dall'aeroporto di Pisa ed anche i bus per andare in passeggiata alla stazione degli autobus che si trova nei viale a mare
L'appartamento ha cinque posti letto: due camere: una matrimoniale, una con due lettini e un divano letto nella cucina- soggiorno.
L'appartamento si trova al pian terreno è in una strada secondaria; puoi parcheggiare gratuitamente sulla strada di fronte a casa o sul resede privato piastrellato.
il resede davanti alla cucina soggiorno nel nostro cancello privato, essendo recintato è molto comodo per bambini e animali (sul resede si può anche montare il gazebo che si trova nell'appartamento).
A tutto l'appartamento, completamente rinnovato quanti a tutti gli impianti elettrico, idraulico e relativamente al gas, con sostituzione di tutti i termosifoni e della caldaia per quello termico, è stato fatto il trattamento anti umido su tutte le pareti ed ha tutti gli infissi nuovi e le zanzariere a tutte le finestre ed è piuttosto fresca perché sopra le due portefinestre della cucina-soggiorno e della camera matrimoniale vi sono due terrazzi che fanno ombra e dalla parte delle camere vi sono due alberini con fiori, in ogni caso vi è un grande condizionatore-deumidificatore IGLOO portatile ed anche un ventilatore da terra.
Nel bagno completamente rinnovato con i colori del cielo e del mare (le foto dopo l’8 maggio 2021) c'è sia la doccia sia la vasca da bagno (sotto la finestra) ed il doccino a manopola invece del bidet.
La casa è molto attrezzata con stoviglie, piatti, posate, ecc., ci sono lavatrice e lavastoviglie nuove (non vi é la televisione), un gazebo che potete montare sul resede davanti alla cucina-soggiorno, un'amaca.
Nel quartiere ci sono diversi negozi, e vicinissimi 2 bar, 2 supermercati Eurospeed e Conad, diverse pizzerie, farmacia, una lavanderia a gettoni, ristoranti, ecc.
La casa è vicino sia alla spiaggia libera che a quelle attrezzate.
La distanza dal mare in auto è circa 8 -12 minuti sia andando in viale Europa 2 ad es. al bagno Teresa si impiegano 12 minuti. Di fronte al bagno Teresa c'e' la fermata dell'autobus.
A sinistra del bagno Teresa c'e' la spiaggia libera accanto al faro, veramente carina. E in fondo alla strada c'e' la famosa e lunghissima spiaggia libera la Lecciona.
Impiaghereste circa lo stesso tempo per andare al molo dove ci sono: un lembo di spiaggia libera, ristoranti vari anche economicissimi (cacciucco, fritto misto, ecc.) e tutta la passeggiata dei viali a mare fino al principe di Piemonte e al bagno Lido.
In autobus 14 minuti arrivando a Tito del Molo (cioè nella passeggiata e viali a mare, per andare al mare a piedi occorrerà circa 20 minuti.
L'appartamento dato la vicinanza sia agli autobus, che alla stazione ed all'uscita dell'autostrada è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare le città d'arte vicine, in particolare Pisa e Lucca (ma anche Firenze e Prato), le 5 Terre che si possono raggiungere anche in battello come anche Punta bianca e Portovenere, le Apuane il rifugio Forte dei Marmi è vicinissimo e da lì si raggiungono in camminate anche molto tranquille diversi posti, la Garfagnana, per non parlare dei posti dove poter andare a cena anche nei dintorni come Pietrasanta ma anche Colonnata famosa per il lardo che ha ristoranti notevoli. Si mangia e si beve bene in tutti i posti rammentati sopra.
