This awesome designer apartment is located in one of the very few prime waterfront locations on the Spanish Water in the popular and upmarket Jan Thiel area.

The apartment is part of the La Maya Beach Resort, an intimate boutique small-scale gated boutique beach resort with its own private beach for only 34 condominiums. It has onsite resort managers and this privately owned apartment has its own personal concierge/assistant/manager who will manage all your needs and will meet & greet you at the resort upon arrival. It is situated in an amazing architect designed tropical garden, featuring 2 large infinity swimming pools, palapas and a private white sand beach, with stunning views overlooking the Spanish Water and Marina. This apartment has lots of privacy and spectacular views of the Ocean, Spanish Water and Marina. The apartment, with high 14 foot ceilings, is the most upgraded, most modern and high tech in the resort and has been built with multiple upgrades such as a high quality European kitchen cupboards with a high gloss finish, stainless steel European appliances (incl. dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, convection microwave etc) and stone bench tops. The apartment has a super large kitchen island/dining table with bar stools and state of the art bathroom fixtures (2 bathrooms and another separate toilet) including a luxurious Hans Grohe Raindance 6 jetted massage shower tower with Monsoon rain shower head. The kitchen is fully equipped with all small appliances you can possibly wish for (espresso machine, blender, electric kettle, meat grill, sandwich press, 4 slice toaster, tosti maker, juicer, rice cooker and much more)

This new condominium features air conditioning in both bedrooms and also in the living room (which is rare on Curacao), its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The apartment has lots of high tech features such as two LED TV's, free high speed WiFi internet access, cable TV with tons of channels, 40' LED/ LCD TV, Blu Ray player, IPOD music system, IPOD dock clock radio/alarm w/nature sounds, quality brand new furniture (incl. a leather couch with chaise), and high 14 foot ceilings. Jan Thiel/Brakkeput Abou is a large area in Banda Riba. It includes residential areas and resorts such as Brakkeput Abou where La Maya Beach Resort is located. This apartment has spectacular views of the Spanish Water Lagoon, the Tafelberg and the Caribbean Sea. You will find several marinas and other amenities as well as popular beaches (Zanzibar), shops and restaurants in this area. The Spanish Water Lagoon is great for water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and water skiing/wake boarding. It is a short 20 minute drive from Jan Thiel/Brakkeput Abou to downtown Willemstad.

Two fantastic supermarkets are nearby as well.
