Description

Elegant suite in a breathtaking cliff-top position overlooking the east coast of Sicily from Acireale to Taormina. Located on the second floor of the house, consists of living room with open-plan kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (toilet, bidet, bath, shower), terrace and solarium where you can take a sunbath. There are 4 sleeping places (double bed and comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons). The decor is complete with everything needed.

Apartment is very beautiful, elegant and bright! The house is located in front of the sea at Santa Caterina (fraction of Acireale) within a natural reserve, a wonderful place to enjoy nature and relax! So, if you love to stay face to face with the nature, welcome to our house! Our house is a real treasure: enjoys a stunning panoramic over the sea and coast line from Acireale to taomina! Height above the sea level is about 100m. Only few houses on the coast can boast of such a location and magnificent views of the sea, coastline and surroundings!

The house consists of two apartments, they are not communicated with each other and each has its own entrance and private terrace.

Distance from the sea with a coast is about 250m passable through a private road.

Parking place is available nearby the house.

The town of Acireale is 400 m away from the house, it could be reached even by foot in 10 minutes, overcoming a small hill (car is recommended). In Acireale where you can find different tipical caffe and restaurants, supermarkets, shops, places of interest, railway station and bus stop to go to Taormina, Catania and other tourist places,
