Nice spacious condo. We missed not having a hot tub but pool and beach was great! Elevator is slow and only one but stairs are clean. Kids loved walking to 7-11 and enjoyed volleyball net. Good donut shop down past sandcastle 3.

This is a very nice family friendly unit. Location is great with excellent beach front view. The kitchen was well equiped and user friendly. There were a few minor maintainence items that need attention but nothing that kept us from having a great stay. I would recommend this unit.

St Pete's has been a location of choice for us for over 30 years. WE hae been renting the same condo for 3 years and are overall satisfied. If we had one wish, it is that the condo would be cleaner. For example, the inside of the fridge was dirty, the laundry room was full of sand and the inside of the cupboards were not clean and I could go on. I understand that we all hae different standards, but I believe this is basic things . We otherwise love the condo, it is spacious, well furnished and has everything we need. WE have already reserved for next year. It is one of the nicest condos we have seen in that area.
