This lovely unit is at popular Captain's Cove of Indian Shores, a small waterfront complex on a beautiful stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway. Indian Shores is very popular with tourists from around the world. A wonderful condo in an outstanding complex in one of the nicest towns on the island makes this your perfect vacation getaway!
The unit is located across from the aquamarine waters and the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-manicured garden area surrounds the glistening heated pool. Relax on the extremely large balcony and delight to the sights of indigenous birds, dolphin, and manatee! The gorgeous view is also very soothing as you watch the boats cruising on the bay and the Come and enjoy the good life in our 2021 updated unit!

The condo is very bright and wonderfully spacious and the building and grounds are immaculate! The complex features a sparkling, heated pool complete with restrooms, a fishing pier on the Intracoastal, and is across from the wide, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! The master bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, TV, en suite full bath, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a large closet. You'll also have use of a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The large second bathroom features a tub/shower. The full kitchen is very spacious, bright, and airy and opens to the dining area and large living room. There is a TV and DVD in the living room. Having central air-conditioning, a washer and dryer in the unit, a dishwasher, a microwave, a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, and a large refrigerator with ice and cold water dispensers will further add to your comfort and convenience. A wall of sliding doors in the living room leads to a large balcony with a table and chairs and a glorious view!

We no longer accept cats but will consider dogs. Landlord reserves right to refuse a pet. Condo rules are specific on pets and there are rules on number, type, weight, etc. No pets can be left unattended in unit! If pets disturb others, the pet(s) cannot stay.
Management company provides linens, towels, and some soap, dishwasher soap, and toilet tissue for arrival and offers perks like use of bikes/dvds.

Response from the owner So glad you had a great time! Unfortunately a need for knee surgery and steps don't mix...wishing you a speedy recovery from the surgery! We love being two floors above parking and an end unit...great view and nobody on one side or above you so nice and quiet! Our last condo was in an elevator complex. The salt got to the elevators from time to time and they'd get stuck usually with people inside...so we opted for a unit with no elevator, only stairs when we bought this one and we love it!

Response from the owner There is a bench on the dock. We try to keep garbage away from the intracoastal so best to bring a trash bag and toss in large trash container that's away from the water when done. Glad you enjoyed the condo!
