Located on Jonathan Creek is our clean and cozy 3 bedroom, 2 full bath cottage offering short range mountain views and creek side enjoyment. Listen to the sounds of the rushing creek, trout fish, float and play in the protected waterways of this beautiful creek. A large flat back yard with fire pit provides evenings of fun around the campfire. Our 6 person hot tub will help relax and rejuvenate you . All paved roads and year round easy access makes this house a dream for families and couples anytime of the year. The interior includes... a gas log fireplace, carpeting in bedrooms and porcelain tile throughout kitchen, living room and laundry room. The kitchen includes dining area for 6 people and the house has a separate laundry room. Two covered porches front and back with porch swings & rocking chairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath and bedrooms two and three have queen beds and a hall bath. The house includes wireless internet, a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. This is a non-smoking home. We are located on Moody Farm Road just down from the Maggie Valley Club. Available to you is a limited membership to the Maggie Valley Club for $10.00 per day per family or $50.00 a week per family that would include access to the fitness room, tennis courts, pool and hot tub. The fitness room is available year round. The pool and hot tub are open May - September. We are able to offer discount tickets to the Biltmore in Asheville. Also on the property is a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath park model (Shady Creek Park Model # 330806) with a large covered front porch, full kitchen and living area. Additional Location Information

Shady Creek is located on Moody Farm Road. A quiet residential community. We are 1/4 mile from the Maggie Valley County Club and about a 1/4 mile from the Maggie Mountaineer Crafts retail shop. The home sits along the bold Jonathon Creek. The roads to this home are paved and flat with easy, year round access. The driveway and parking area allows for up to two vehicles.

  We have been coming to Maggie Valley every year for the past 20+ years and can honestly state that this has been the best vacation we've had in Maggie Valley. The Cabin is comfortable and the creek is close by and we enjoyed many hours sitting on the swing and listening to the creek. The home is decorated beautifully and the Master bedroom furniture is just like it stepped out of a magazine. The location is the best and close to the highways going to asheville or Cherokee. We are now planning our next trip to Maggie Valley and plan on staying at Shady Creek again.

  My husband and myself were in Maggie Valley for a BMW motorcycle event. Even though it rained each day, we rode, looking forward to our home away from home. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the ducks in the stream and listening to rain.
  My personal favorite was being lulled to sleep by the the rushing stream. Did I mention it rained for 3 days.

  Family friendly rental

  This is a very family friendly rental. The kids loved the creek. The house was clean and well furnished. It was like you were visiting someone's home versus a vacation rental. Beth made sure that everything was ready, even though, we left home late and would be arriving later that the normal check in time. I would recommend this rental. I look forward to renting this home or their park model in the future.
