Casa Blanca at Lake Arenal features four wonderful homes. Villa I, a 2200 square foot two bedroom, two bath home. This home has exquisite lake views across the entire living area and master with a large guest room featuring double door walk outs to the front patio courtyard and tropical garden area.
Villa 5 is a mirror image of Villa I, a 2200 square foot two bedroom, two bath home. This home has exquisite lake views across the entire living area and master with a large guest room featuring double door walk outs to the front patio courtyard and tropical garden area
The Villa 2 is a large 1000 square foot, large master home with lake views while lying in bed or again throughout the entire living area. We provide free Wi-Fi on the property via Fiber.
Villas 3-4are hotel size stand alone Villas with beautiful hardwood floors, amazing lake views, expansive dining deck, large bathroom and a queen master bedroom. The villas also features a smart TV and WiFi Fiber.
The estate was designed as a multi split level property allowing incredible views from all homes and creating additional privacy as the Junior Villa sits 20 feet below Villa I and Villa II is 200 feet below the Junior Villa. We have just recently planted our hillside with a wide variety of tropical fruits that our guests are welcome to enjoy. Papaya, Mango, Star Fruit, Pineapple, Avocado and limes just to name a few. The home is located in a gated community shared by only 4 other homes.
Each house is sitting on multiple acres, again making for incredible privacy. The homes feature separate, state of the art security systems. All operated by a hand held remote control “the size of a keyless car alarm”. Whether you are in town for dinner or a day on the lake you will have peace of mind knowing that your personal effects are safe and secure. Casa Blanca at Lake Arenal is only a mile from the town of Nuevo Arenal.
Nuevo Arenal has two grocery stores, two banks with ATM’s, a pharmacy, gift shops and a gas station as well as a farmers market and several bars and restaurants. The town is only a few minute drive or an easy 15 minute walk from the house. Located at the base of the community is the Gingerbread recently rated as the #1 restaurant in Costa Rica.

OVERVIEW
Lake Arenal is situated in the northern highlands of Costa Rica and sits at the base of the Arenal Volcano, rated one of the 10 most active volcanoes in the world. The lake extends across Guanacaste and Alajuela provinces. This man-made lake was created in 1979 as part of a hydroelectric project. Currently the lake provides about 12% of Costa Rica’s electricity demands and is a main component of the country’s green energy policy.
RECREATION
Lake Arenal is also a major recreation destination. The lake is abundant with activities such as fishing, bird watching, wake boarding, windsurfing, boat tours, horseback riding, mountain biking, kayaking and many other activities. In fact Lake Arenal is considered to be one of the top windsurfing locations in the world.
ARENAL VOLCANO
This amazing stratovolcano stands a majestic 5,437 feet over the valley floor and is truly a sight to behold. People come for all the world in hopes of catching a glimpse of the volcano’s activity. Don’t worry, all of the towns and hotels in the area area set back at a safe distance from the volcano.
There is releases of smoke and lava on an almost daily basis which makes for some of the most dramatic looking photos and incredible evening viewing of mother nature’s force and creativity.
HOT SPRINGS
Due to the geothermal activity around the volcano there is an abundance of hot springs for locals and visitors to enjoy. There are hot springs resorts for every budget with immaculate landscaping and captivating views of the volcano.
