We provide cleaning twice a week for a weekly rental. The entrance to the property is only 25 meters from the beach, and features 24 hour security monitoring of the resort. Aside from enjoying spectacular views and great beach access, Oceanica visitors can take advantage of the facility's private pool and grounds, all while overlooking the beach! Enjoy a short walk to the nearby marina or visit local restaurants to savor the local dishes and experience for yourself the genuine Costa Rican hospitality. For your added convenience numerous shops, the bank and a pharmacy are all within easy walking distance.
