Located in The Palms Private Residence Club, Villa 22, or Casa Chocolate, is a 2200+ square foot, 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom beachfront villa, about a 30-second walk from the door to the beach! It comfortably houses 4 adults and 2 children. Villa 22 has become one of The Palms' most in-demand homes because of its superior equipment, unequaled privacy and great extra perks that other homes in the complex don't offer.

Casa Chocolate, as the name implies, is decorated in a chocolate theme. A careful and patient collection process for the art pieces has made for an entertaining, cheerful and pretty look for the entire villa. Modern contemporary furniture with a tropical flair is not just delightful to look at, it is very comfortable as well. A beautifully appointed, fully equipped gourmet kitchen lets you prepare spectacular meals.

Casa Chocolate is also equipped with the latest technology and communications goodies: High-speed WiFi and wired Internet, free unlimited long distance calling, Smart TVs in every room; digital cable, Apple TV, Blu-Ray and a high-quality Home Theater system in the living room.

The Palms also boasts a complete oceanside gym, spa pool, infinity pool with bar and food service, and a BBQ area with two large professional Weber grills. Don’t feel like cooking? A public bus runs right in front of the property to take you into town and beyond. There are also drivers available on demand for private runs, and there are several car rental agencies in town.

I will normally not be onsite to receive the guests, but The Palms has a 24/7 concierge service that takes care of check-in/out and any other needs the guest may have during their stay. I can be easily reached by phone with the free Vonage service available in the home, or directly through this site.

“Perfect for our family”

Very nice condo with views of the beach and pool. Comfortably sleeps five, although a small child could sleep in loft to make it six. We would stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?
