*The villa will be cleaned prior to your stay and you have paid a fee towards this cleaning. If additional cleaning beyond normal is necessary after your departure there will be a minimum charge of $40.00
*Las Brisas Villa Dos does not provide daily housekeeping, cook or babysitter but is available through property manager.
*It is recommended that you obtain travel/cancellation insurance in case of cancellation and seek compensation through your insurance provider.

I stayed here for 10 days and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Everything was as advertised (always a worry when you books something like this). The place was enough out of the way where it was quiet and peaceful but close enough to walk anywhere you needed to go. Store-10 min walk, Beach-60 sec.
The restaurants in the area were also very good. Be sure to go to Ginger.
It was about a 30-45min drive from the airport. easy to navigate though. 55 dollars if by cab.
The only thing i can say negative was the internet wifi wasn't working at the time of my stay. Had to use a hard line. It probably worked out better because it allowed me to relax and not check mail and do work.
Other than that a great place and well worth it. If you are looking for a place, look no further. Plenty of room and has anything you might want. -

My family and I visited Playa Hermosa for a year-end vacation. We had a great time, excellent facilities, beautiful and huge house and crystal clear pool. Highly Recommended!!

This villa is absolutely fantastic! I stayed here for a couple of weeks in the summer. It is located steps from Hermosa Beach. This community offers a 24 hr private community gate guard, a community pool and gym. The grounds are well kept and the villas offer all the amenities of a home. Pots, pans, dishes, bedding, towels, laundry and tons of closet space. It is comfortable and very relaxing. From the master bedroom you can hear the ocean waves in the evening. In the morning, the Howler monkeys can be heard from the nearby trees. This place is also in walking distance to a local neighborhood mom & pop shop and a number of eateries. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home like/vacation feel atmosphere. I've already booked my 2013 stay! ;)
