This up to date, spacious 5 BR 3.5 bath home is the 5th house from the ocean in S. Bethany Beach. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is the only beach in the area that allows alcohol. There are 5 decks including a roof top deck with a view of the ocean and canal. The home boasts 2450 sq. ft. and fully loaded sleeps 14 comfortably in eight beds (see below). There is covered parking for 4 vehicles as well as additional uncovered parking outdoor showers and charcoal grills.

Included with your booking are 7 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. You receive one pass per activity, per home, per day including:

Great for multiple families. Must cross busy street to get to beach, but total walk to beach is only 5-7 minutes. Only downside is that the place was not as clean as I would have hoped.
