This designer finished two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers an escape to the natural beauty of Costa Rica with all the comforts and luxury of a North American resort. Whether relaxing on your private garden terrace listening to monkeys and parrots in the nearby mature forests, or enjoying the relaxation of overlooking the pool and lush tropical gardens of Casa del Sol, you are sure to quickly fall in love with the sights, sounds and smells of Costa Rica. Casa del Sol is 200 meters away from the white sands of Penca Beach, considered the safest swimming beach in all of Costa Rica. We provide cleaning twice a week with a weekly rental. After a day at the beach or pool, enjoy our collection of DVDs on the large flat screen TV or create tropical delights in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Later, rejuvenate yourself in the deep Jacuzzi tub or indulge in one of the two Roman showers with rainmaker showerheads. Ceiling fans throughout supplement the air-conditioned comfort. Charming open air restaurants and nearby grocery markets make dining in or out an easy and enjoyable experience. Watch for the farmer’s truck full of amazing local produce and stock up on pineapples, mangos and avocados.
