Why not choose Modica to enjoy an holiday in Sicily? This beautiful town has an abundance of art, archaeology, history, breathtaking scenery and, of course, excellent food to offer.
The LIBECCIO STUDIO APARTMENT is part of an ancient restored farmhouse originally built during XVIII century located at 2,5 kms from Modica, 70 kms from Syracuse.
It has been obtained, after a full restoration, which though very comfortably equipped, keep up the touch and style of a Sicilian Farm House:
It is completely independent and furnished with taste by the owners, with beautiful furniture. They provide heating/clima and all other modern conveniences, as internet wireless connection 24H/24H, fully equipped kitchens and private bathrooms for each bedroom. Besides the garden where it will be pleasant to relax, at the guests' disposal are a swimming pool.
The LIBECCIO STUDIO APARTMENT mq 25 ground floor + mq 15 Mezzanine (2/3 sleeps) is composed by: - 1 bedrooms on Mezzanine (2 sleeps);- 1TV/lounge room; - 1 kitchen/dining room; - 1 bathrooms; - extra bed available The apartment has modern & very well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric hob, and all the modern appliances including LCD TV, air conditioning, bed linen and towels, shared laundry. It has its own terrace where you can relax yourself looking an astonishing landscape. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Split with a sun and shaded area it is perfect for a spot of sunbathing or even to enjoy some night time drinks whilst soaking up the atmosphere of Sicily with friends. The apartment share a large SWIMMING POOL of 14x8 meters, delicious in the summer months. The pool is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and the Sicilian rolling hills.

Beautiful setting outside Modica, a car is essential to get around. Antony is very friendly and always helpful. Only downside, the Wlan could use a boost.
