Welcome Home To Yancey Palace. Are you looking for a place where childhood memories are made, or remembered? Where you can embrace the simple pleasures of time passed, while having the luxuries of today.... WELL THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! All of this pluis the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Pisgah National Forest and Roan Mountain State Park.

Sit on the porch and relax, while the kids and pet run thru the fields, or play in the babbbling brook. Take time to breathe in the fresh air, while looking at the mountain views. When night falls, you will want to grab a sweater, and listen to sounds of nature all around you, as the stars and lightning bugs light up all that you can see. You can feel the love and peace in this old home place. You " will not" want to leave after spending some time here!!! You will have all the listings of things and places they can do away from the Palace.

Best place ever. So lovely. Will totally go back. Everyone had such a awesome time. So did the dogs with lots of land to run around. Totally worth the drive. Great place to relax and make memories!

We had a very pleasant stay this Labor Day weekend. Beautiful views and quiet surroundings. Pet friendly. Our Max enjoyed running around. Would definitely come back some time.

The photos of this cabin don’t do it justice. It is in spectacular surroundings with streams running on both sides. It’s clean and has everything you need. We would definitely stay again

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Rickey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
