Description

Come and enjoy the beauty of Flamingo Beach from this amazing home! Located in the Pacific North region of Guanacaste, Flamingo Beach is one of Costa Rica's most exclusive and beautiful beaches.

The rental rate depends on the number of rooms you decide to include. The minimum rate comprises the main house, which has 3 bedrooms and costs $730 or $530 per night (high and low season respectively). The house has a room with a queen size bed, another room with 2 queen beds, and a third room with 4 large bunk beds, good enough for 8 adults.

You can increase the capacity by adding detached bedrooms or apartments for more privacy, up to a total of 9 bedrooms & 9 bathrooms. Each of these additional rooms has either a queen or king size bed and its own bathroom, and each costs $70 or $50 per night (high and low season respectively). Any unrented room will simply remain closed so you would be the only party on the property. Take note that TripAdvisor's automatic quote is based ONLY on the main house. Any other detached room or apartment that you'd like to include will increase the rate. We will gladly calculate that for you. We're sorry if this causes any confusion, but the system cannot handle multiple rates for a property.

Please take note that during the high season months we do not allow Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday rentals. Any other check-in day is OK for weekly stays.

This wonderful villa makes the most from its privileged hilltop position, you will enjoy its magnificent ocean views, while a short walk (about 50 meters) will take you from a large and refreshing swimming pool to a pristine white sandy beach. You will not find another house this size with an ocean view and so close to the beach on this site or anywhere else in Flamingo. No driving necessary to go to the beach.

Its practical design and surrounding lush vegetation will certainly please your senses. It is not uncommon to see howler monkeys peacefully hanging out in the mango trees next to the pool!

ROOM DESCRIPTION:

The main house can accommodate up to 14 persons in three bedrooms: Master Bedroom (1 queen size bed), Guest Bedroom One (two queen-size beds), Guest Bedroom Two (four twin bunk beds, good enough for 8 adults).

The apartments can accommodate eight additional persons:

Turtles Apartment with two bedrooms (one queen-size bed each).

Crab Apartment (one queen-size bed).

Dolphin Apartment(one king-size bed).

Monkey Room (one queen-size bed).

Pelican Room (one king-size bed).

All bedrooms have their own full bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning. Each apartment has a small kitchen/nook area.

How do damage deposits work?
