Description
The Coach House at Arnside has been totally redecorated in a contemporary style to create a stunning holiday home which sleeps a maximum of 5 guests. Our home is perfect for a family holiday or short break all year round as the beach, lakes and mountains are only a short distance away. Ideally located in the village of Arnside and only 150 metres from the beach you will experience outstanding views of the estuary and the Lakeland Peaks. Downstairs we have an open plan living area which includes the dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with a huge granite topped central island with NEFF Appliances and a Samsung American Fridge Freezer with ice maker. The living area has two leather sofas, coffee table, Freeview TV with Google Chromecast so our guests may stream their account with Netflix. We have three bedrooms One King, One Double and One Single. In the bathroom we have a luxury freestanding organic shaped bath and if you prefer a shower we have a walk in large head rain shower. All our guests receive a welcome drinks tray plus a welcome pack which includes personal toiletries and slippers . To the front of the Coach House we have a very small patio which can also be used as one parking space.
Within the village you will find an array of shops including a Post Office, Hairdressers, Art Gallery, Beauty Salon, Convienence Stores and Cafes. After a day of sightseeing and activities the village pubs with gardens prove extremely popular with visitors to sit and relax with a drink and soak up the sunset and breathtaking views. Arnside is in a designated area of Outstanding Beauty and there are many walks around Arnside and Silverdale as well as the benefits of the Lake District on your doorstep.

“'Luxury' only if you define luxury by cleanliness”
Good points - spotless (to the point of sterility), close to the beach with nice sunsets and a pleasant walk to the village centre. The (only) bathroom is OK. Bad points - not luxury by any normal definition. Very small - the photo is misleading because the property is only the narrow central part, not the area to the right with the greenery. Fine for two adults with 2 small children but anything more will feel cramped. Each bedroom is small with minimal natural light (mainly skylights). Only outside area is at the front, adjacent to the road. TV is 5 channels, not even a FreeView box. Skimpy welcome pack with Morrison's OJ from concentrate and a pack of biscuits, Nescafe decanted into a little container. Mattresses are low quality (Asda). All feels rather penny-pinching

Thank you for your compliments on our cleanliness as we are diligently following the detailed cleaning and sanitisation programme set out as everyones safety including our own is our priority and we will continue to achieve this high standard. Our listing clearly states there is one bathroom. Our welcome pack includes many items the list is endless we even include personal toiletries slippers even food bags if you wish to take a picnic on on your days out. The decor of our home is a mixture of Debenhams Next Marks and Spencers and Laura Ashley.

“Christmas in Arnside”
Just home from a lovely few days away with family at The Coach House. The accommodation has everything you could need and the welcome refreshments were a nice touch after a 5 hour drive. The owners had also gone to the extra trouble of providing Christmas tree and decorations. Accommodation overall was very good particularly the bathroom and bedrooms- however if there were any negatives it would be the lack of privacy at the front door, the sofas were not the most comfortable and the fire in the lounge was not working. The property had a very effective heating system so this was not a problem but would have made it feel cosier. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and Arnside itself is a very quaint area and a great base for exploring this beautiful part of the world.

“Beautiful Location, Amazing Accomodation.”
