This excellent apartment set in the centre of Barnard Castle sleeps four people in two bedrooms.The Flat is a superb three-storey apartment located in the heart of Barnard Castle, Teesdale. With accommodation across three floors, including a first floor king-size bedroom and a twin with en-suite, a second floor shower room, along with a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, the property can sleep four people. On the ground floor is the property's access along with a utility room, while outside you'll find off road parking for one car, with a permit provided (£1 fee when first arrive and permit for rest of stay). Set in the heart of this historic market town, The Flat offers couples an array of attractions and amenities on the doorstep.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Parking permit for 1 car in car park to rear of apartment (£1 fee on arrival and permit for rest of stay). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 min walk. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

“Absolutely perfect”

Lovely flat in old charming building. Cosy livingroom, lovely kitchen, very nice bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Everything was perfect, and we will definately stay here again!
