Built from natural cob, this luxury contemporary two bedroom cottage is spacious and warm and offers complete comfort. Fantastic indoor pool and leisure complex to enjoy whilst having a relaxing holiday with family or friends at any time of year - there is also a steam sauna, well equipped gym, games room, indoor badminton court, tennis court, adventure play area etc, mountain bikes etc. Centrally located for Barnstaple, Europe's prettiest floral town which combines sophisticated shopping with the bustling atmosphere of traditional pannier markets. There are many excellent restaurants and pubs nearby together with an array of activities for all.

The master ensuite bedroom has a four poster king size bed and the second twin bedroom has full size single beds together with a lovely family bathroom. Downstairs there is a luxury fully fitted oak kitchen dining room together with a lounge with 42” LED tv and stone fireplace with wood burning stove.

Tuckers Retreat being fully centrally heated and double glazed is perfect for a family holiday or romantic break at any time of year - rest assured you will always receive a very warm welcome!

Tuckers Retreat has a wonderful contemporary oak kitchen dining room and is well equipped with all the latest appliances including fan oven,gas hob, microwave, dishwasher,washer dryer, and a dining table which comfortably seats 4 adults. The lounge has a 42” LED tv and a beautiful stone fireplace with wood burning stove whilst upstairs the ensuite master bedroom has a lovely king size four-poster bed, great for romantic breaks and honeymoons, and now features an all new luxury ensuite shower room together with a 32” widescreen lcd tv. There is also a lovely spacious family bathroom together with a twin room with full size single beds - all have super comfortable mattresses for your sleeping comfort whilst on holiday.

Just outside there is your very own enclosed bricked seating area with table, chairs and lovely countryside views where you can relax, sit back and enjoy the summer sun. Yards away there is a childrens adventure play area with many large trampolines, swings and climbing frame.

Work the body, relax the soul in the luxurious indoor under floor heated swimming pool and spa. You can enjoy an invigorating swim at one end of the pool and a relaxing massage at the other. For the more energetic there are 3 high powdered swim jets within the pool which when activated are like swimming against a strong current! There is also a fitness room to complete your work out and afterwards you can soak up the peace and tranquillity in the wonderful Tylo steam sauna. There is also a games room with pool, table tennis, air hockey & darts, indoor badminton court, tennis court and pets corner.

A range of quality new mountain bikes, adults, teenagers and childs, are now available - cycle just half a mile from Tuckers Retreat and join the famous nearby Tarka Trail - the 180 mile dedicated scenic cycling and walking route.
