Rose Barn, the combination of Rose and Barn Owl Cottages, joined by an inter-connecting door in the lounge of each cottage, has seven bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Ideal for family celebrations and get - togethers, guests in each cottage can enjoy the privacy afforded by the facilities of their own cottage whilst being able to come together for those memorable moments only a large home can offer.There can be no more elegant or luxurious way to enjoy the splendour of North Devon than from the comfort of a Combrew Farm holiday cottage.

These spacious, wonderful cottages have been skillfully converted from 19th Century stone built barns and are set in beautiful enclosed gardens. Our luxury cottages cottages are centrally located in the peaceful, beautiful North Devon countryside yet are minutes from the beach and have every facility you would expect including an adventure play area, outdoor tennis court, nearby woodland walk and a fantastic indoor heated swimming pool with spa, fitness room, sauna and solarium.

Combrew Farm is conveniently situated for visiting the wonderful towns, villages and attractions that the area has to offer.

Whether it's family fun, horse riding, Exmoor National Park, surfing, fishing, golf, cinema and theatre, heritage, rock climbing, or simply peace and tranquility, everything is within easy reach!

Our wonderful indoor pool and spa, which is heated to around 36c with spa and swimjets, and leisure complex is for the exclusive use of guests in our 5 luxury cottages, however because we have so many leisure facilities including a steam sauna, well equipped gym, games room, indoor badminton court, tennis court, adventure play area, mountain bikes etc. for the exclusive use of our few holiday guests you will very often find that you are able to enjoy the pool to yourselves.

Rose Barn is the combination of Rose Cottage and Barn Owl Cottages joined by interconnecting doors in the lounge and with an amazing large kitchen dining room where you can all join together for meals and special times - each comprises -

Rose Cottage - 4 bedrooms. Downstairs there is a fully fitted fabulous large oak kitchen dining room having all the usual amenities including a breakfast bar and 40” tv with a dining table to comfortably seat 12. You will also find a welcoming lounge, which boasts a stone fireplace and gas wood burner, digital widescreen television, DVD and CD Hi-Fi. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, which is en-suite with a king size bed together with twin and single bedrooms, a shower room and a further double bedded room. There is also a fully fitted luxury bathroom with an extremely inviting corner bath and overbath shower.

Barn Owl Cottage - 3 bedrooms - upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king-size, four-poster bed and en-suite shower room, with it’s own 32” LCD tv. There is also a single bedroom and a separate WC with hand basin. Downstairs you will find a fabulous fully fitted oak kitchen/dining room, which is well equipped with every facility you would expect. Wander into the lounge and a lovely stone fireplace, woodburner, digital widescreen television, DVD and CD Hi-Fi will greet you. There is also a comfortable twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and overbath shower. Both are fully fitted and furnished to an extremely high standard throughout, perfect for your next holiday!

Combrew Farm complex boasts fantastic leisure facilities, which are available on site and offer hours of fun for both the young and old. Work the body and relax the soul in the luxurious under-floor heated indoor swimming pool and spa. You can enjoy an invigorating swim at one end of the pool and a relaxing massage at the other. For the more energetic, there are 3 high powered jets within the pool, which, when activated, is the equivalent of swimming against a strong current! There is also a fitness room to complete your workout and afterwards you can soak up the peace and tranquility in the wonderful Tylo steam sauna. As well as the pool, the children can enjoy the adventure play area, with many climbing frames, swings and trampolines. If that isn’t enough to keep them entertained, there’s also a pets corner for them to visit. For those who like ball sports, you can take advantage of the outdoor tennis court, the indoor badminton/short tennis court and the games room, which includes both pool and table tennis, darts & air hockey. Relax awhile in the garden room, ideal for taking a rest after enjoying the many other more active leisure facilities. Spend time in the information and computer room, check your email and browse the brochures and information on the areas wide ranging activities, together with details on local restaurants and inns. To be active, relax and unwind or just enjoy a countryside walk, you don’t even have to leave the farm! A range of quality new mountain bikes, adults, teenagers and childs, have now been added - cycle from Rose Barn and join the famous nearby Tarka Trail - the 180 mile dedicated scenic cycling and walking route.

“Fantastic”

Have stayed in many holiday properties with my family over the years, but this is the best one we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, with a tasteful interior. In fact the pictures on line don’t do it justice. We stayed in two cottages with interconnecting doors so could see what both cottages looked like, wasn’t disappointed. The kitchens were well equipped everything you needed was there. Kids playground was very good even had goats to pet. Swimming pool was clean and warm. Our hosts were very warming and nothing was too much trouble. Without a doubt We would definitely be going back

“Really lovely property, well maintained, pet friendly with helpful owners”

We had a fantastic stay at Rose Barn and the adjoining Owl Barn. The accommodation was well equipped and well maintained. It was homely yet spacious. The games room was a huge hit with all the children (ages 7-20) The indoor swimming pool was clean and warm. The owners John and Sue were very welcoming and helpful. The beaches are about 30 minutes drive away but worth the trip.Supermarkets and take away -fish and chips and Chinese restaurants within a 5 minute drive of the property. There are some really nice restaurants in Instow which are fairly close too. We loved staying here and would like to go back again.
