Characterful accommodation in a listed Georgian townhouse within level walking distance of all of Bath's many attractions. There's a spacious living room with sofa, sofa bed, dining area and door leading to the garden. Well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher and washing machine. Two bedrooms - one double with vaulted ceiling and double bed, linked by deep open archway to dressing room with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double. Ideal for children or close friends! Free on-street car parking available - a rarity in Bath.

There are local shops, takeaways and friendly vegan restaurant on the doorstep, while all of Bath's fabulous attractions are a 15-min level walk away. Visit the Roman Baths, Royal Crescent and many museums, or take your pick from the largest concentration of restaurants outside London. Bath has many independent shops and a unique, friendly atmosphere.

Small walled garden, totally safe for children and pets - ideal for an alfresco breakfast in the morning sun. We provide an outdoor table and chairs for four people, and bench seat for whiling away those balmy evenings.
Parking is free and unrestricted in the service road at the front of the building.

“Weekend in Bath”
We had a lovely time here, it Really was home from home and a comfortable stay. Clean, spacious and the host was very approachable and helpful.

“Perfect Bath getaway”
We had such an amazing weekend in this apartment. It is spacious and well equipped and we loved the location. There is a lovely 30 minute walk into town via the canal which we loved and was fine for younger kids. There's a lovely little garden too at the apartment. Sue has thought of everything and was there to meet us which was kind of her and helped us settle in quickly. If we come back to Bath we'd stay again

“Fabulous basement flat.”
Absolutely loved this flat, I’d happily live there and miss it already. Great location, cosy. Only issue we had was being in a double bed, it was a bit small and we are not big but used to a king size. Duvet quote heavy too as the flat is warm but I’d still go back again without a doubt.

“Great flat, great location, loved it”
A fantastic garden flat located 10-15 minute walk into Bath. Close to the river and free parking too. Lovely touches such as milk and biscuits left for us. Sue was lovely and had some great recommendations for us. Hudson Steakhouse and Martini's Italian were great too. A five minute walk to Larkhill Village with amenities there too. Loved it and would definately re-book.
