Location:
Coach house rebuilt on one level with 3 bedrooms, large oak beamed living area, separate kitchen in quiet Georgian residential area of Bath, 1.5 km from City centre, Crescents and historical sites. Secure parking, private patio, easy access to all amenities, public transport, shops, cafes, village pub, River Avon, Kennet Avon Canal, parks and recreational walks.Easy walking distance to bus stops covering 10 services to central Bath, Rail Station, main shopping area, and other notable city sights including the famed Bath Peregrine Falcons. .

1 to 6 by prior agreement
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1= Fitted with King-size double bed 1500x 2000;
Bedroom 2= Fitted with standard divan double bed 1350x 1900;
Bedroom 3= Fitted with bunk bed.
All rooms include wardrobes and drawer storage.
Bathrooms:
Single ample bathroom fitted with corner Bath and overhead shower.
Bedroom 3 has ensuite shower.
Kitchen:
Well laid out and fitted kitchen with gas hob, under top electric oven, Full height Fridge Freezer, washing machine and dishwasher as well as other essentials of Kettle toaster microwave and utensils.
Entertainment:
Digital 32” LCD TV, HiFi, books, games.
Outside:
Access to a secluded gravelled patio from the lounge via French doors. The front of the property has vehicular access directly off Lambridge Place, with space to park two cars in Tandem secured by a wooden farm gate (not Locked).
Parking Arrangements:
See above. Off street parking in Bath is particularly difficult and overtly keen wardens patrol the streets at all times of the day. Public area parking in Bath is costly and access to dedicated parking is highly desirable.

Nowhere in the property or the courtyard please
Children:
The property is suitable for adults and a small family. We do not provide specific facilities for toddlers or very small children, though they are welcome.

Not suitable.
10 Duration and Times of Letting
Lettings are normally for a maximum of four weeks and commence at 3.00pm on the first day of the tenancy and end at 10.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise approved by the owner.

“Idyllic place to stay on a visit to Bath”
This is a beautiful converted coach-house in a gorgeous quiet corner on the outskirts of Bath. Lambridge Place itself is an exquisite row of Georgian Houses; there are useful food shops, cafes and restaurants very close by. We hired bikes and cycled into town along the picturesque tow path and explored other off-road routes into the countryside. The furnishings and facilities in the accommodation were excellent and provided everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We arrived to find a thoughtful hamper of food and drink, and the place was very clean. Vito was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

“Bath family holiday.”
The property is perfectly positioned, it’s close to town but far enough out that its still quiet. Close to the motorway so doesn’t take forever to get there. It was nice to meet Vito the owner. The only negative was the narrow road that led to the property which isn’t actually a problem unless you have a husband who worries about kerbing his alloy wheels! Anyone who stays here will be happy.

“Home away from home”
The Coachhouse was very clean and homely with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A great place as a base to explore beautiful Bath or to just chill. We were also very grateful to Vito for the welcoming goodies!
