Description

Marina has FREE off street parking for up to four cars.

It is a stylish modern property, finished to a very high standard with great amenities. It is a 4 minute taxi/Uber ride or a pleasant 20 mins flat walk into the centre of Bath.

The sitting room has a huge 55 inch 4k tv with full Sky QHD plus sports, two Sonos Play 1 speakers, a Sonos sound bar and a huge L-shaped sofa to complement the 3 person sofa/bed.

The large kitchen diner - what appears to be the social hub of the house - is fully equipped and also has a huge table that seats up to twelve, a champagne fridge, a sonos sound system and access to an outdoor seating area.

The house has itself has four bedrooms.

The house can be set up however you require. Every bed will have fresh Egyptian cotton sheets and two towels per guest provided.

Two bedrooms have luxury double beds that can be split up into single beds (so two doubles OR four singles).

One bedroom has an luxury low bunk bed and the fourth bedroom has two luxury low bunk beds. All mattresses, even the bunk beds, are exceptionally good quality super thick and either individually sprung or individually sprung with memory foam.

The sitting room has a luxury double sofa bed and a luxury single sofa bed.

There are two bathrooms (One ensuite).

There is high speed internet throughout the house.

Mon-Thurs there is a minimum price of £199 for up to 5 people and then it's £35 pppn (Not inc Trip Advisor commission) for every extra person that wishes to stay.

Mininimum 2 night stay at weekends.

The house usualy gets 5 star reviews every time and I am classified as a "Superhost" on other competitive websites.

Getting around

Taxi's to town are around £5 - MUCH much cheaper than car parking and I highly recommend you get a taxi home with your shopping or after a night out. You can walk into town along the river or get a bus. Personally I love the walk through Royal Victoria, up past he Royal Crescent taking in The Circus and then dropping into town.

Interaction with guest

I'll never be more than a phone call away and live nearby when guests are in my main house. I'll also send you hints and tips on things to do and places to visit, eat and drink during your stay.

I would expect the house to be left more or less how it was found - which will always be very clean and tidy.

The house is only to be used by those booked to stay at the house.

There is a Sonos sound system in the house which is to be kept inside the house.

Whilst the property is in a very secluded quiet location if in the garden making excessive noise (never happens) could guests move inside by 10pm.

Please don't stick things to the walls with blue tack/ Selotape etc

“Bath Hen Do”

Brilliant house and brilliant host!! A group of 9 of us stayed for a friends hen do and it was brilliant. Clean, really comfy beds. The best bit is having ya of great spaces for socialising the kitchen and lounge are very spacious and the decor is lovely. Having such a great space made the weekend even better. I would highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!!

“Beautiful Bath Bungalow”

We are group of 9 women just arrived home after wonderful few days visiting Bath. The bungalow is perfect - spacious, modern, clean and in a great location, less than 10 mins by bus the centre of Bath. The owner David and Lynda, were both really helpful and made process of booking and checking in very easy and also provide loads of informatuon about local area, landmarks, restaurants, bars etc. Would definitely recommend.
