With a designated car parking space, great places to dine nearby, unique shops and galleries across the street and a short stroll past handsome Georgian architecture to the city centre, you can make the most of city life in style and comfort.

So central that nothing is more than a 5 minute walk away. Victoria park with its tennis courts and crazy golf, the Approach 18 hole golf course and of course all the restaurants and wonderful shops
An elegant open-plan interior in natural and restful colours combines living and dining. A large comfortable sofa seats up to 3 along with an armchair placed beside a long media unit with TV, DVD, and Bluetooth portable radio (with adaptor for i-pods and phone downloads) and a selection of films, books and games. A large round dining table seats 4 with a pretty sideboard with storage. There is a small desk near the entrance, along with Wi-Fi and a phone for local calls. Double French doors overlook a planted courtyard with mews houses and parking.
The smart contemporary kitchen is in a compact ‘U’-shape with taupe stone worktops and glossy white units. The units below house a dishwasher, a washing machine combined with dryer, a small fridge and separate freezer. There is a 4 ring gas hob with electric oven and microwave and plenty of smart crockery and cookware in the units above.
Upstairs is a smart double room in grey and silver, with two bedside chests, two 3’ single beds that zip and link to become a 6’ double and a large fitted wardrobe with shelves for further storage.
A pretty single room in taupe and silver has a 3’ single bed and similar bedside chest and tall boy for storage with hanging space in hall cupboard.
A spacious contemporary grey and white bathroom has a bath with shower over, a hand basin with storage under and a WC with shelf space for toiletries.
There is a designated parking space immediately in front of the french doors at the back of the property. Alternatively the Bath Spa train or coach stations are a 15-20 minute walk away or a short taxi.
