Rising like fairy tale turrets our double Oast House has a quiet location with a large garden and beautiful views over the countryside.

We can accommodate up to 10 adults. Large living area and full kitchen facilities. Ideal for a civilised family celebration. Quiet location with a large garden and beautiful views over the countryside. We have many family celebrations here but the property is not suitable for very loud parties as we have neighbours to consider. Hot tub available with a fee of £80 per stay (cleaning/chemicals/maintenance) payable on your arrival.

The beaches of Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hastings and Rye are within easy reach.

“A perfect get away for the family”

3generations of our family spent a week at Ashbourne Oast. The house was spacious,clean, comfortable and well equipped.There was room in the garden for the children to play safely and the views over the Sussex countryside were stunning. There was plenty to see and do,to please all the family,within half an hour drive of the Oast.A lovely week.

“Incredible stay”

We stayed at Ashbourne Oast for a few nights with family leading up to my wedding! We had an incredible stay. The Oast was huge and allowed us all to have our own bathrooms and space to have time alone when needed. The past came equipped with all we needed. The beds were comfy and decor was to an exceptional standard. It was just a short drive to our Wedding venue and made for the perfect place to get ready! Thank you to Michael

“comfortable treat for whole family”

We booked for nine adults to have a long weekend, mainly to celebrate dad's 80th birthday. The Oast is tucked away, a little bit hard to spot the sign on the road, but once there it was a lovely rural setting, great views and very quiet. We were surprised how big it was - the pictures don't do it justice. The furnishing is lovely: the main sitting room was perfect for evenings together playing games, the dining room easily accommodated us all and there is plenty of crockery and cutlery; bathrooms were modern and the bedrooms were beautiful with great mattresses and linen. We also had four cars and there was plenty of room to fit them all in. The countryside around is lovely - pretty villages, lovely woodland, rolling fieds and the seaside towns are great (we visited Hastings and Bexhill). Overall, very comfortable, very relaxing, a real treat for us all.
