“Short stay in belper”

Reviewed 8 Dec 2021

My friend and I had a lovely stay in belper. Mill cottage was so quaint with lots of original features and had everything you could need. The location was great, close to town centre and pubs. I was visiting my family for my birthday and had a lovely night out with the added bonus of a Christmas market being on the following morning. Would definitely stay at this cottage again

“Lovely well equipped cottage”

Reviewed 4 Aug 2017

Lovely 2 bedroom cottage with lots of character. We stayed at this cottage to attend our friends' wedding at Shottle Hall which was a short taxi ride away. Our host had kindly provided lots of information on nearby amenities which proved very helpful to us. This cottage provided a wonderful base for us however we did receive a note from the neighbour telling us to keep noise to a minimum as we had a late return from our festivities which must have inconvenienced them. Not a problem for us as we left the following morning but left a bit of a sour taste at the end of our stay.
