Great ocean view from 7th floor balcony. Condo offers all the comforts of home with Corian counters in well equipped kitchen; living room, dining room; tiled bathrooms; washer and dryer. Cable TV's; VCR; Wireless internet.
Condo complex is short stroll into Bethany Beach with its boardwalk; shops; and restaurants.

The passes for use of the Sea Colony facilities unfortunately are required for all renters by Sea Colony itself and the cost is set by them. We alert everyone who rents from us that this is a separate charge imposed by Sea Colony and paid directly to them by the renter upon arrival. “Loved the location and the condo is very spacious.”
Everything was very nice; however we have an issue with our microwave and no one has been in to replace it even though they promised to two days ago.
