Beach access is private and the shoreline is guarded (life guards). Location of this premier community makes it easy to access downtown Bethany Beach (eliminates parking in Bethany). This two story home has a large open floor plan with several sitting areas including all seasons room and open loft, screened porch, multiple decks, 2 enclosed outside showers, additional ground floor half bath and more.
