Ground floor powder room makes for easy access from pool. Additional refrigerator also on the ground floor. Linens and towels not provided but are available for an additional fee. Response from the manager Thank you for taking the time to write a review. 1. Each community has the right to gate their development and apply restrictions for no public use - )Sea Del Estates) the community directly across from The Sanctuary has done just that. They do not want guests not staying there using the beach. At this time they are not interested in allowing others access to their beaches - this is not something that Wilgus Associates has any controil over. On another note, the beach is just up the street (State Park - which we supply passes for - FREE, or you may come into town - each is just a mile or so away. 2. The nearest tennis court is Bethany Club Tennis located on Cedar Neck Road - again, just a couple of miles away and thirdly it is our policy to have guests pay in full 30 days prior to check-in. This makes our accounting easy, your check-in seamless and allows time to address any issues that may arise before your arrival. (on a side note, I recently stayed in Nags Head and we too had to pay in full prior to arrival.)
