A cottage in the countryside with wide open views. Ardormie Farm Cottage is cosy in the winter and has a great little patio for sitting outside in the summer. Everything you need is right here; a double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower overhead, cosy sitting/dining room and a little kitchen fully equipped with all you need to make your stay just perfect.

“Wonderful”

It was perfect for what we were looking for , out of the way , nice and quiet and walks from the door for the dogs. Cottage had everything we needed with lovely garden and stunning views. Value for money.

“Stunning cottage and location.”

The cottage is a wee 5* gem, and those views!! I had a wonderful 3 night break here, there's everything and more provided for a very comfortable stay in the well appointed cottage. The tablet and Tunnocks wafers are wonderful welcome touches. Me and my canine companion did a lot of exploring the local area by foot, the Cateran Trail goes through the farm, and relaxing in the garden taking in the vistas and farm animal sounds. Do treat yourself to a soak in the big bath. Jill is super host. Staying in this little piece of rural paradise did my wellbeing the world of good ♥ In the words of Arnie - I'll be back!

“Just what we wanted”

A lovely farm cottage in the quiet Perthshire hills. Lives up to its profile. It was lovely weather when we were there, so I've no idea what it's like on a cold, dark November day but it looks well enough kitted out. There are a supermarket and the usual other shops in Blairgowrie, and the footpaths start from the farm gate. Mind you, this place won't suit you if you don't like seeing the rolling hills from your bed, or the swallows swooping, or the sound of sheep and cattle in the fields below. And the owner is as friendly and helpful as you'd hope. We'd certainly go again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
