“Nice apartment close to both city centre and beautiful nature” The apartment was nice and clean with all facilities you may need. It's very comfortable (if you don't mind climbing stairs). Most tourist attractions are not far away and the apartment is very close to both nice walks in beautiful mountain landscape and low price food stores. The host was very helpful when we arrived, and it was possible to reach him with further questions during the stay.

“Felt so at home” This is a wonderful base if you are visiting Edinburgh. The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable and fantastically located. We loved looking out onto Edinburgh Castle. Thank you to Kitty for such a warm welcome and for the opportunity to enjoy Edinburgh from this lovely place. We hope to return soon.

“Fantastic accomodation and location” We hired this beautiful townhouse for a hen weekend and it was perfect. All the bedrooms were individual and amazingly decorated, the living room was a great size and very cosy, and the kitchen had everything that could be needed. Everything was of excellent quality and the little touches really made it special. We got a bus from the airport with a 10 min walk from Fountain Park, but a taxi back was under £20. Perfect location, a lovely walk into the centre of Edinburgh. I would highly recommend no 32 for any large groups visiting Edinburgh for a special occasion.

“Great Location. Beautiful Decor.” Our family of 4 stayed at London Street Georgian Home during Christmas. We loved the location and the character of the neighborhood/interior. We walked everywhere. The location is next to a park in a nice part of Edinburgh. The home is very old - maybe 300 years and so has vaulted ceilings, windows, but they renovated the kitchen and bathrooms. All of this was romantic and very enjoyable. We gave this home a 4 star because of the following, which might be more personal to our needs. The heating - our son froze in one room while we were sweating in another room. One toilet has something installed where the guest can not use flushable wipees. The tub room was off of the hallway and so wasn't private/peaceful while other family put away clothes or got ready for bed. The shower went from hot to cold to hot water every few seconds in the master bedroom bath. Having said all this, the home is older and so one can expect some of these things. However, the neighbors were friendly, the location is close to everything, the decor is romantic and well done. It is certainly worth staying there.

“Really nice stay in Edinburgh” My friends and I stayed a week at the flat on New Year's Eve. We choose this location because it was central, we were not disappointed: 5-10min walk to Princes Street and Waverley station (citylink stop). 15min walk to go on top of Calton Hill and enjoy the view. Shops and pubs nearby. The flat was really well fournished (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, towels, soap... all you need for a serenely stay) We also enjoyed the great street party. The hogmanay fireworks was really good as well. If you like dancing don't hesitate for a Ceilidh experience. The teannaich band were awesome! Enjoy a stay in Edinburgh in a really nice place. Good value!

“Fantastic! Perfect for groups of Ladies or Couples.” Truly superb! As a Hen Party, the apartment/house met our every need. Great location on Queen St, perfect for shopping on Princess St and for all the cocktail bars just around the corner. The apartment was absolutely beautiful - every single person in our party of 12 commented on the elegant yet contemporary decor! Huge living room with large dining table allowed us to stay in one night and make use of the apartment. Additionally the 5 bathrooms/ensuites were perfect for a large group of females! Thank you to the owners - Belinda and Stephen, who met us at the apartment and made us feel very welcome with a grand tour.

“Very comfortable apartment” We had a great stay at Lochend Park View apartment in Sept 2013 for 3 nights. The service from Slawomir was very good-he was very friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment was very well equipped and overlooks a park which was great for the kids. The bus stop is not too far from the apartment and you are in the centre of Edinburgh in minutes. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again if we returned to Edinburgh.

“Fabulous Getaway” We absolutely loved staying at 20 Hawthorne Bank Lane. It was everything we hoped for and more. We loved sitting in the window area that jutted out overlooking the river. We had coffee and breakfast there every morning. We loved having a full size kitchen to prepare meals and snacks. We had 3 nice bathrooms which was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable also. The location was fabulous for us. We stayed during the festival time in august which was quite noisy in the town. But, the townhouse was in a quiet area and was within walking distance of the bus stop. We walked almost everywhere we went. The townhouse is close to restaurants and shops. It was just the perfect place for our family. We were traveling with a 17 year old and 19 year old. They loved our townhouse as well. I would highly recommend this towh house.

“Perfect accomodation to experience Edinburgh” Fantastic accomodation - modern, contemporary, quality feel, clean, and very homely. It offers good local amenities (Sainsbury Local was below the flat) and is a good location and base to explore the city on foot. The accomodation also offered underground parking though the pass took a little getting used to. Overall I would highly recommend this self catering accomodation. It suits stays for all - families, couples or group of friends and would definately stay there again.

“Clean and spacious apartment, close to everything” Our host greeted us after hours off site which is understandable. The apartment is big, well equipped and very clean. There's no provided street parking, although it shouldn't be a problem finding a space at the metered spots. Free after 6pm but must move the car before 8:30am otherwise it's 2 pounds per hour. In Edinburgh you really don't need a car, with the location the apartment is at you can walk to all the major attractions including the Castle and the surrounding areas. If you're a golfer there's a beautiful golf course just 10 minutes (by car). If I were to come to Edinburgh I would definitely stay there again. The location is unrivaled and the place is cosy and clean.
