“Great place to stay!” Really lovely cottage, which although is on a main road, when inside you don't hear the traffic at all. Nothing negative to say - nice beds, nice facilities, nice kitchen, great log burner... a really well presented place. And a great location from which to explore snowdonia. 10 out of 10!

“Cozy cottage in Manod” We stayed in Manod for 2 weeks and had a lovely time. The cottage is very cozy with a lovely back garden and scenic mountainsviews and green pastures with lots of sheeps. The cottage is situated close to Snowdonia Nationalpark and there are lots of hikingtrails just outside the cottage. The owner and caretaker are very nice and helpful. We can recomend the cottage for your next holiday if you want to experience the best of Wales.

“Peace and tranquility in Llanbedr” This was our second stay at Ty Cerrig and on both occasions booking the cottage was simple and straightforward, made easier by friendly staff. Ty Cerrig is ideal for our needs although the large settee in the lounge is getting a bit tired, the rest of the cottage is well appointed. The log-burning stove was most welcome at nights. The enclosed garden is ideal for our dog and there are plenty of local walks for his exercise. We know the area very well, there are take-aways in Harlech and the local pub has a good extensive menu. I think the most important factor for me is the peace and quiet the location offers, surrounded by fabulous countryside

“Very good” The bungalow was lovely and clean and comfortable although our dog didn't like the laminate flooring as his legs splayed! Weather was awful (torrential rain and gale force winds almost non-stop from arrival) so only one day we could actually see the beautiful view. We left on the Thursday instead of staying the full week but that was no reflection on the bungalow at all, really was home from home with all the white goods readily available. Overall would like to re-visit one day if only we could guarantee the weather!!

“Fell in love with Pensarn Hall.” Had a wonderful time staying here, clean, warm, and very comforable, all kitchen equipment supplied, absolutely loved it, didnt want to leave Central for all the places we wanted to visit. My only little ctiticism would be, that it wasn't sign posted and we had terrible trouble finding it, had to go and ask in the shop.

“Fantastic!” We all had such a fantastic time staying with Mr and Mrs Jones in their beautiful house. The extreme snow meant that we had to rely on them to help us get to and from the house and they were so willing to help at every turn, we couldn't have asked for better service! The house and hot tub were superb and we can't wait to come again in better conditions to see more of the beautiful countryside.

“Excellent location” Great flat everything you could need in the way of cooking utensil, well decorated and the location is so handy, near bus stops, pubs, shops and of course the railway station, flat just above it.Entrance is by a spiral staircase so not good if you are unsteady on your feet. We were 5 adults and we found one bathroom and toilet not enough at times.local area great for walkers and climbing, got the train to Llandudno, train noise did not bother us in the flat. All in all a good place to stay

“lovely comfortable cottage with awesome viewsand great local wal” we had a fantastic week, the cottage was perfectly placed for touring North Wales, we went all over sampling the delights of awesome scenery, local food and local heritage. Walking the dog out from the cottage was a great bonus, I never did the same walk twice. Enjoyed the slate museum at Llanberis, Betws-y-coed, Barmouth we took the ferry across to Fairbourne. A most enjoyable week in a super comfortable cottage with all mod cons.

TY CAPEL JERIWSALEM, family friendly, character holiday cottage, with open fire
Enjoyed our stay very much, lovely cottage, well apponted, Mr &

We had a very nice welcome by Mr ansd Mrs Tomas and the cottage was a surprise by its location behind the chapel but once inside what a delightful place clean, very well appointed, warm, complete with a log fire and a very nice welcome pack. The beds were very comfortable and with a shower room and two toilets it was a perfect place for four people to stay. It is a little way from the nearest village of Trawsfynydd and although located near a busy road the cottage is behind the chapel and traffic noise was not a problem. The location is great surrounded by open countryside and a good central place for visiting many local places of interest especially the narrow gauge railways. Portmadog, the home of the Ffestiniog railway is only 11 miles away and in the course of our week's stay we visited a narrow gauge railway every day! With sheep just outside the kitchen it was just a lovely place to stay and we would thoroughly recommend this cottage.see more
HENDRE COTTAGE, family friendly, character holiday cottage, with a garden in
Wonderful Getaway

Staying in Hendre Cottage is a wonderful experience. You feel at home right away in this little house with modern and new furniture, an obvious love for the detail on part of the owners. The kitchen offers all you need to self-caterers,and so does the cosy living room.Even a homemade cake and biscuits were waiting for us as a welcome. The location of the cottage next to the farm house allows a quick sneaking over to find out about things in question. You will also receive helpful information on walking paths in the area- a variety is available!-, and the fact that you are staying on the farm of extremely helpful and caring owners brings about easy access to eggs and milk. The eggs come from hens you can see running about and picking, also cattle you can watch from your windows. The really only thing that is not perfect with this cottage is that it is a bit difficult to find.A sign at the roadside would help here a lot- but is not allowed to be put up as we were told.see more
