“Breathtaking!!” From the moment we opened the door we were so impressed. The view is breathtaking!! I have struggled to find comments to make that have not already been made. I can only reiterate what all the other guests have said; cleanliness, beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen, great location, and on and on. I especially liked not having to turn on the air conditioner, the breeze was amazing. The condo is exactly as depicted in the photos....well almost; it is hard to capture the ambiance of the condo in a photo. The icing on the cake was dealing with Eric, he is so friendly and such a pleasure to work with.

“Private home” This is a private gated Pureto Rican style home. Upper deck greeting friends one morning with mimosas! Beach...walk right out to it, sleep as you listen to ocean surf Conveniently located near shopping and any tourist destination/excursion you have in mind! Easy access to major roads/highway. “Beautiful Home, Beautiful owners. Would stay again in a heart b” Myself, my husband and another couple stayed in this home for 3 days. We were pleasantly surprised that the home looked as beautiful as the pictures we were shown. The home comfortably fit two couples. Each couple had their own bedroom with an air conditioner. The owners do a wonderful job of keeping the home in perfect order and ready for visitors. The owners are so nice and accommodating. They made us feel at home, showed us where to go. They even had a book printed out showing attractions with pamphlets of services and points of interest. I could not have ask for a better home to stay in. If you want to get away from the usual hotel/motel. I highly recommend renting this home. It was walking distance from the beach and lots of food choices. It is a short cab ride or bus ride from Old San Juan, the airport and the cruise ship terminal. The only thing I would change was the beds. They were a bit uncomfortable but we still got a good night's sleep.

“Beautiful” The house was located inside a gated community. It was a open and breezy layout. Was a short walk to a private beach. The house included two bathrooms and four bedrooms and was spacious. Walmart was within a 15 minute drive for groceries and there were several eateries within a few minutes from the house. All in all, it was an amazing trip.

“Great place and great value.” This was a nice little place to stay I had no complaints at all with the owner and manager. Monty was good to deal with on the phone I never did meet him but always answered all my questions. Phil (site manager) was great to deal with too. They were both very helpful and prompt when communicating with me. The place was clean and everything in the kitchen worked great. The beds were comfortable. One night the power did go out for about 10 minutes but that was no fault of the owner it just happens in PR sometimes I guess. Like I said it was very quick and came right back on. The backyard is nice and the neighborhood seams quite and safe. One thing about the location though it is very close to the airport and right in one of the flight paths. You can see the location when booking it so that is what I expected and not a knock on the owner. Overall this was definitely a great place to stay and an awesome value! My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay here and had a great time in PR. Thanks Monty and Phil!

“Perfect” We love the place. The cross breeze were great. The view is unbelievable. Place is very clean and modern. Short distance to all the restaurants. Olivia and her father were very easy to work with. We will rent this place again when we go back to Puerto Rico in few years.

“Excellent Penthouse and Lovely Stay at ESJ Towers” Thanks Isabel for making our stay that wonderful. We had lovely stay and time at ESJ tower PH 1753. Good spacious PH for stay with my wife and kid. We had no problems staying. All ameneties and services were up to mark. Had speedy check in and sppedy check out. Tour desk at recpetion helped us with good tours while our stay. “Book This Now!!” This was the most wonderful property for our week in San Juan! Four doors to a beautiful beach - neat and tidy apt with ample linens, utensils, etc - comfortable bed - good water pressure in the shower - cold a/c - consistent wifi service - thoughtful extras like beach chairs and drinking water - very safe location - quiet and friendly neighbors - walkably close to good restaurants for eating out and Walgreens for essentials - close to bus and trolley pick-up points - and the nicest, most helpful hosts we could have asked for! They provided a detailed map for nearby points of interest which was tremendously helpful to us as first-timers. Such a relaxing week with walks among the gated neighborhood streets, freedom to go back and forth to the beach in a quick few minutes and meeting people from all over the world also staying in the area. This is a fabulous location at a super price! We are already scheming how to return to this spot again!!

“Perfect place to stay!” My daughter and I stayed in this studio condo for a little over a week and it was perfect. It's right on the beach, I fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean; pure heaven! We had no issues finding the place thanks to Joe and his well organized maps and directions. Joe even sent us information we requested for our stay on the island. I never felt safer than this place, it was a good feeling being that it was just my teen daughter and I. The studio provided every comfort we could require for a home away from home and the decor was pefect (bright and cheery) for a stay on the ocean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows (one of my necessities when I travel). You don't need to bring any beach towels so you can save the precious space in your suitcase to bring back souvenirs! The laundry is $2 a wash and dry so it's kind of pricey but it was nice to have the facility. I cannot tell you how much money we saved by not having to pay resort fees and parking; not to mention the hotel costs in the area for this prime location. The Marriott was right across the street and you can use their pool for a fee but why use a pool when the beach is right there! There is a Walgreen's a block away and it has everything you would need (even light grocery's). Traveling the island is easy. I rented a car and had no problem getting around with my Garmin I brought along. We went to every part of this island except the SouthWest part. We scuba, snorkeled, hiked, rappelled, and ziplined. You must visit Culebra and spend time on Flamenco beach, bring your snorkel gear,visit the history in Ponce, visit the fort and spend some time in Old San Juan. The food is cheap if you get out of Condado. There's some great restaurants a few minutes south in Guavate. Buy some fruit on the side of the road if you travel out of San Juan and support the locals, it's cheap and oh so good. We will definitely be back and stay at this condo. “Perfect!” My husband and I stayed here in April 2015 with our 10yr. old daughter. The Condo was perfect. Very tastefully decorated, and very clean. The owner took a lot of thinking into everyone's needs that would be staying here. Both bathrooms were stocked with multiple toiletries, all kitchen appliances necessary, including coolers for the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, games, baby equipment and the list goes on. The location was absolutely perfect. We rented a car so did a lot of exploring but if you do not rent a car, you will not miss it. Everything you need is within walking distance or a very short taxi ride for groceries. I was a little worried about the condo being so close to the airport, although very convenient, I thought it would be somewhat of a disturbance with the airplanes flying over. We never even noticed the airplanes! That was not an issue. We had soooo much wonderful food in Puerto Rico but I must say, One of my very favorite things was walking down the beach, to the left and getting fish taco's. It is about 1 block down from condo if you are facing the ocean. We like fine dining and have tried fish tacos from all over, even the ones from Cabo do not compare with these. We were skeptical at first, but you will not regret or "get sick" if you try! The leasing agent and owner both were very friendly and very timely will all responses. Comparing this condo to a hotel, you can not beat the price. We normally stay in luxury hotels but because our daughter was with us, we did not spend the extra money. We made an excellent choice and would absolutely stay here again.

“Fabulous location!” Excellent Old San Juan location near everything cultural, historical and restaurants! Loved being surrounded by the beautiful Spanish styled homes, cobbled streets and our host was helpful and engaging. Our patio was a true delight, a nice quiet place in the middle of Old San Juan!

“Excellent Location” The only con would be the 4-5 flights of stairs. After a long day of walking around in the city and having to walk up those flights of stairs can be a nuisance.
