“Little slice of paradise” Incredible food. Perfect beach. Professional, talented staff. Great house -- comfortable, classy and laid back, all at the same time. Me and a few friends rented the villa for four days in February, and we had not a single complaint. If you are looking for a low key beach vacation, away from crowds and hubbub, this is a wonderful spot to consider. I can't think of a single complaint. Oh, and the view from the SkyLounge -- exceptional.

“Great apartment!!” This place fully met all of our expectations and then some! It was very clean and had everything we possibly needed while visiting playa, from beach towels to bathroom supplies and all the kitchen appliances you could imagine. The cable tv worked great in both bedrooms and we even had hundreds of DVDs if that wasn't enough! The wifi powered three cell phones, a tablet and a laptop without slowing down. We also got as much filtered water as we wanted! The balcony was perfect for that morning cup of coffee while overlooking 26th street. The location was phenomenal and literally a hundred feet from 5th avenue but still in a more quiet part of town, away from the loud clubs so very peaceful! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance! Last thing I'll mention is that the owner, Wendy, was very responsive and helpful!

“Quit Incredible! Best stay of all in Cozumel” This house is really a treat in every way. The rooms are filled with light and air with gardens in view out each window. We spend a week here with a marvelous host named Marco. Not only was the house well equipped with every thing we needed it also offered a feel of serenity not found often in a renal home. The pool is completely private...no need for a swimming suit! We enjoyed the terrace just outside each bedroom. Each room had its own bathroom also. There are 2 bedroom in the main house with the 3rd bedroom offered in a small cottage located on the other side of the pool. The cottage gives a couple or individual real privacy and is just lovely. Marco is such a unique person offering his guest kindness and a real concern for your happiness. He is articulate, well traveled, well read, spirited with zeal for living. One could not find a better friend. He has a real sense of what a traveler needs for a perfect stay. Easy walk to several restaurants and just 2 blocks for the water, very safe feel to this neighborhood also. I for one will come back! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any one, even those with the most discerning taste and experience.

“Perfect” Perfect vacation for our group of 10 adults. Never once did we feel crowded. The home is large enough that we could have easily accommodated 4 more persons. A short 10 minute walk to beach or 5th avenue. Pool was great. Maid and pool staff did an absolutely fantastic job. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us Nancy. Ps. Jimena deserves a raise. “Amazing Condo- Feels Like The W-Hotel” My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary at this beautiful luxurious condo in Playa De Carmen. We have travelled all over the world and I must say that I would recommend staying here to anyone. The place is new, designed like beautifully, close to everything, has everything you need and more. The service is top notch. You are treated like a VIP right from the start.

“Great stay in Playacar” We stayed at Casa Price for a week in February 2014, and loved it. We have visited the Playa del Carmen area previously and can't beat the location in PlayaCar. Quick access to the powdery white sandy beach and the beautiful Caribbean, Casa Price has everything we needed. Great views from the open living area on the second floor, the balcony and the roof top terrace. Satellite TV, internet access and laundry were all a bonus and made our trip more enjoyable. Rosa was a terrific in every way; she cooked, cleaned and looked after all the details in the house so everything was perfect. Everything was as promised! Thanks for sharing Casa Price.

“Sweet Spot On The Mayan Riviera” We were thrilled when we first walked onto this rental property and we stayed thrilled through to the end of our stay. We liked it so much that we travelled back there the next year. The house was spotless, the caretakers were friendly and they went out of their way to help us out. The pool was definately our favorite feature, we loved the fact that it was all our own. The beach is just a hop, skip and a jump away and the nearest city is about a 15 minute car ride, which is close enough for dinner and shopping but far enough away to be quiet at night. The house is gorgeous and the a/c came in handy for sleeping. We rented a car and traveled to Mayan ruins during the day and relaxed poolside at night. We really couldn't have been happier with the place!

“Gorgeous place and views, outstanding service” We spent a week at the villa with family to celebrate our wedding on the beach. The views are just gorgeous, it rained quite a lot, but It made it our stay and wedding ceremony even more memorable. Great backgrounds for the pictures. The villa is kind of isolated from the crowds but very close to the beach and the hotel, so we could go to a few hotel evening performances and enjoy the sand beach. The fact that the villa is not on the beach did not bother us at all, on the contrary, we loved it, very dramatic and more natural views. The owners are great hosts and keep villa and amenities in very good shape. The cleaning service was excellent. Mexican cooks were great not only as cooks but also very nice people with very welcoming and kind personalities. It was a good idea to have cooking services, very reasonably priced and delicious. Overall, the experience met and exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend Brisa Caribe for all the reasons stated above and for Doug and Shelly being very helpful in organizing this trip (cooking services, taxi, etc.). We would also recommend this place for a small intimate wedding ceremony, our wedding was more beautiful than we expected and Doug recommended us a good wedding planner who made it even more perfect! “Luxurious, Opulent, Well-maintained--110% satisfied (would go back tmw)” Read all the previous reviews for details--- they are all absolutely accurate. There is even purified water brought in the house and kept in a separate tank for drinking and cooking. Having access to the Reef Hotel and the gym & beach was phenomenal. We played Volleyball everyday at 4pm, then took a quick dip in the ocean. The evenings were spent strolling to town to discover a new restaurant OR simply cooking up something ourselves in the gourmet kitchen at home. The management company and the property owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We ordered the van transfer from Cancun airport (so worth it since as soon as we touched down-- the stress-free vacation began.) You could also take a luxury bus to the center of PDC and then cab over to the Reef Hotel (across the street) -- no worries. We had Maria stock some Coronas and Papaya and other items so the house was ready upon arrival (for a nominal fee). I like to give balanced reviews and have been racking my brain to come up with something at Casa Susana that needs improvement. The only thing I could say is that the Wifi got really slow when 5 people were using it -- no big deal -- get off the internet and get to the beach! You're on vacation! The property is also very safe in Playacar Phase 2 -- a 5 min/$5 cab ride into town. The cabs are constantly available and right on the corner. “We Keep Coming Back for More” We have been to Casa Carlita twice and are planning on a third visit. The staff and property are ideal. We loved the convenience of being close to the action but also that we had our own private home. We will keep coming back for more!

“Felt like home!!!” Henney and team did everything to make our stay feel like home. The accommodations were always clean and I have seen first hand the cleaning process. When people left, a major cleaning of everything was done on all levels. If something was missing or needed, all you did was ask, and it was all done right away. “Be confident booking Villa Izcalli through Latin Latitude Vacations” When looking for a property to rent for our family's stay in Playa del Carmen, we read a lot of stories of caution. We vetted many properties and followed advice we found online. eg: Phoning property managers, checking references, checking reviews, watching for odd reply email addresses. Erin replied to our inquiries. When we saw she noted a contact number for Calgary, Canada (where half of our family resides), we had a bit more confidence. To try to help reassure us that her company was legitimate, Erin even gave us her father's number in Calgary, whom we contacted as well. Her father was surprised at our call. We felt more confident after speaking with him as he wasn't pre-prep'd for our call and spoke well of his daughters enterprise. We were assured she was a real person and this was a legitimate company. Prior to our arrival, we arranged for a night of catering, welcome snacks, groceries, shuttles to and from the Cancun airport and tours. All done through Latin Latitude Vacations. We were delighted with our stay in Villa Izcalli. The house was very clean. Rooms were huge. The catering was superb! The beach was an easy stroll. The roof top pool was a wonderful place to lunch, enjoy each others company and take in the views. The welcome snacks and tours that Susan arranged for us were fabulous. Susan met us at the property and answered any questions we had about the house and the area. Also for our first night, Susan helped us to pre-arrange a Mexican Fiesta catered dinner, done by Chef Eli. They let us add Chicken Mole to the menu. WOW! So glad we did. All the foods were excellent. Chef Eli's mole is the best mole I've ever tasted!! The tour company they sent to take us for our private tour of Chichen Itza was excellent. Eddar and Omar were very professional and fun. They also took some of our group on the Coba tour. Those that went came back with marvelous stories about their adventure. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms towards the end of our stay. We emailed Daunte the maintenance manager. It wasn't long before there was a knock at the door. A plumber came and fixed the problem right away. I think we really did luck out with our choice to book with Latin Latitude. We would absolutely book this house with this company again. From the roof top pool, we could see many of the other houses we'd considered booking. We were so glad we'd picked Villa Izcalli.
