“A really relaxing stay!” The condo was clean, it overlooked the Sea n' Suds restauarant & the pool (which we found enjoyable to watch from the balcony), and it was convenient to the Waffle House across the street. Check-in was easy. Our stay was very pleasant.

“Beautiful” The room was beautiful , complete with everything we needed. Had grandchildren with us and it was an excellent location for them to walk. The only thing wrong with Boardwalk is the parking. We are in 70's and for us to have to park across the road and walk to condo was trying. Would probably not stay here again because of our age and the parking other than that it was an excellent room and location.

“Caribe Spring Break” This condo was very nice!!!! The kids loved the Resort... The shows didn't work in the guest bathroom and I was supposed to have 2 twin beds for the kids, instead it was 1 queen size so they had to share. Other than that the condo was very nice

“Awesome condo! Beautifully decorated, great location!” We had a great time on our trip to Gulf Shores. The Boardwalk 583 is a beautifully decorated condo right on the water. The 5th floor gives a perfect view of the beach and the gulf. We watched the dolphins as we ate breakfast on the balcony. So fun! There is security on site and we always felt safe. The Boardwalk is now our new vacation spot!

“Relaxing and Perfect!!” This is a fantastic condo!! The view was amazing! We watched the sunset every night from the balcony. It was clean and very comfortable. We were very happy with Crystal Tower. It's was a wonderful place to stay. It was easy to get to pools and the beach. We rented bikes from Tiki Bike rentals. The owner was wonderful to deal with. We rode bikes around town all week and loved it! We enjoyed ice cream at Matts and Italian ice at Rita's. Yummy!! Everything was wonderful! We will return and book 1309 at Crystal Tower!

“Wonderful!” We had a wonderful trip! Weather was gorgeous and accommodations were great. Close to lots of place within walking distance. Only draw back was the misunderstanding about overflow parking. Had to find a place for the third vehicle.

“Paraonage” The location was perfect and kitchen was nice other than there is no pantry or room for good purchased for the week. The living room furniture is outdated along with the bedroom furniture and bathrooms. If the owner would update these items it would be perfect. The view and beach access were amazing. Also there is no wifi. The owner should invest in a wireless router. Our friends rented the adjoining property and we used their wifi provided by that owner. It is 2015, a wireless router is a must!!

“Perfect beach location” If you have too many people this place might be a little squishy for you because of its narrow layout, but for 4 adults it was perfect. The unit is on the end so you have great views of the beach from all the bedrooms and the living room. The only downside was the refrigerator froze but one call to Youngs and they had someone out to fix it. The bed in the master was a king and very comfortable. The twin beds in the other room were firm; I was comfortable but my sister wasn't. The condo itself is located between condominiums on the right side and vacation home rentals on the left so the beach wasn't crowded with people. Publix, Walmart and other restaurants were within 5 minutes. If you want to use the Internet you had the option of paying daily, weekly or monthly but the connection wasn't always constant if you had multiple people on their smartphones.

“Awesome experience!” I had been to Gulf Shores several times but had never stayed at the Island Winds West Condo. The condo was great! It is perfect for a couple visiting and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. The room was very neat and clean. The condo itself was located very close to some of my favorite eating places. I would highly recommend a stay there and as always I thank Young's Suncoast Realty for making our stay a wonderful one.

“Great condo” This condo is very nicely furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The only complaint for the condo is the mattress for the pull out bed. I have reported this to Youngs Suncoast so they may have replaced it. Right across the road from the beach. Even has a path to the beach and is less than 5 minutes walk. Definitely will stay again. Will sleep 5 on just beds

“We were pleased with the beds (great sleeping) and the well equi” The maintenance people were great and a quick response to our keys not working. Scott was wonderful when I called and told him my dilemna of forgetting to empty one drawer. He has mailed what I requested. The Condo needed some attention which I wrote on the sheet - not major but still needs taken care of. It was a comfortable place to stay.

“Sunny vacation” The room was clean and spacious. Every amenity was present in the kitchen including 2 coffee pots and a crock pot. We had 3 couples staying in this 3 BR condo and it had tons of room and a huge balcony. The view was amazing from our 12th floor balcony and there was lots of seating as well. Our only complaint would have to be that we could only have 2 parking passes for our room and that the pool was a little small. There was a nice covered area by the pool for getting out of the sun in the heat of the day and there was beach service complete with chairs/umbrellas for rent. Close to all activities/restaurants in the area.

“Family=friendly, quiet, location - has it all” We had a wonderful stay in Gulf Shores, thanks to this great rental. Beautifully decorated, clean, close to everything but with the benefit of not being in the center of town. It felt like a secluded villa, not touristy at all. We enjoyed Walmart pick-up for our food needs and cooked most meals at the house. Many fishing charter are nearby (we used Red Eye Charters) as well as OWA, public beaches. dolphin cruises, snorkeling, etc.. The only downside was no free wifi (that we could figure out, anyway). We'd go back in a heartbeat. If you catch fish to bring home, we discovered Publix carries dry ice.
