“would stay here again!” We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa. The owner was easy to deal with, very pleasant and efficient with communication. The villa itself is in a great location, with good amenities close by. The local bar is a great place to while away a few hours and watch the world go by. The villa itself was actually far nicer and more modern than the photos indicated, and we appreciated the bbq and plunge pool. Accommodations were more than comfortable for a party of 4 adults and one small child. We would have no hesitation in booking this villa again if we were returning to Tobago with friends.

“Wonderful Stay at the Pelican House!” My family & I had a wonderful stay at the Pelican House, our trip couldn't have gone smoother, from the airport pickup by "Smally" the driver, to "Johnson" the porter meeting us at the ferry dock & taking all of our bags up the hill to where the Pelican House is perched overlooking the turquoise waters of Marigot Bay. There was plenty of room in the house & each bedroom & even the kitchen all open up to the large open air deck with a spectacular view. Each morning we were greeted with various small birds & the colorful flowery vine seems to creep right through the railing on the deck. We enjoyed the local restaurants which were close by, either at the bottom of the hill at Dolittles, or across the bay at Chateau Mygo, among others. From the deck you can see the sunrise over the mountains to the East & then at the end of the day look out between the cliffs & see it sink into the Caribbean Sea. The grounds around the home & the Oasis Marigot were well manicured & lush with tropical plants & flowers, it was fun to explore the paths around the property. I would certainly recommend the Pelican House to anyone visiting the Island. I hope to get back soon!

“Amazing views, wonderful hospitality, perfect escape!” We stayed here for 10 nights and from the moment we were picked up at the airport to when we left we were very well looked after. This was our first time to Grenada and also our first in the Caribbean. If you you want to explore the island it is important to have a car. There are local beaches which are 5 min walk, however if you want to go to Grand anse beach you will need a car. Our housekeeper Bernadette was wonderful. She took us to the local fish market and helped us buy amazing fresh fish, she also helped us buy some fruit and veg at the local food market. Even though we did not ask she also did our laundry and kept the place immaculate. Although there were only two of us, the house can easily accommodate 6. The kitchen was very well equipped, our only advice is to bring your dry goods, such as cereal, pasta, coffee, tea, pasta sauce as these these things are very expensive on the island. Fruit and vegetables can be bought from roadside stands. Some of our local (walking distance) recommendations are Prickly Bay Marina where there is a great pub with nightly specials and strong drinks. We also recommend going to the Mt. Hartman Estate hotel just up the road for a drink or a meal, the hotel is built into the side of the hill and has amazing views and very friendly staff. We also recommend walking down to Prickly Bay beach and walking down to the Calabash hotel and having drinks beach side. There is also amazing snorkelling right off the rocks. We had an amazing time, the local people are so friendly and willing to help if you get lost. All in all we loved it. The booking process was smooth and efficient. Nick and anna were wonderful and stayed in regular contact and provided lots of pre-holiday advice, Anna was the perfect island host once we landed and deserves a special mention.

“Paradise” This is an often over-used description of a holiday villa,but in the case of Mango Point it is the only word to use. From the moment you stand on the terrace and look at the view you know that things are perfect. E villa is lively, the staff are delightful and the cook is terrific.

“Can't wait to go back!” We had an amazing time on our girls getaway to beautiful Bequia. My friends and I wanted to go on one last trip before one of us got married. We needed to stay somewhere special, spacious and relaxing, and didn't want to be jammed into a hotel room. It was 8 of us so space was essential. Sadewa Villa was the perfect place. It had all the space we needed and the house was modern and truly lovely. Even better, it seemed like we were on our own private island because there was nobody around even though were were only a few minutes from the beach and town. “Wonderful and Relaxing” We spent a week at Dolphin Villa and can't say enough good things about both the house and the owners, Kelvin and Marilyn. From the moment we reserved, and then arrived and were met at the airport, until we checked out, Kelvin was Mr. Service, and always ready to respond to any request. We throughly enjoyed relaxing by the huge pool, or enjoying all the beautiful birds from the hamock. We used the kitchen for preparing the majority of our meals, so we could eat on the patio by the pool.Don't pass up this jewell, or the chance to meet and get to know the owners.

“Fabulous location for a group of friends” Very spacious and bright villa, every amenity we could think of. We stayed for a week with a group of 6 friends and loved to cook in the perfect kitchen or grill some fresh fish and enjoy the evening on the veranda. Four of the rooms have private verandas so everyone could choose privacy or staying together. For 6 people the villa is almost too big, you get lost in the living room :-) The owner provides detailed information beforehand about everything you might want to know about the house and the island. The caretakers have been very helpful and assisted with the transfer as our rental car could not hold all six with luggage. Highly recommended!

“Beautiful stay at La Pagerie” We are four friends from Kiev in Ukraine, and we decide to spend our vacation in Caribbean that year. We wanted a villa right on beach, and found La Pagerie. Wonderful! Lot of sun actually, showers not so much in spite rainy season. The view is marvelous, the bay, islands away, the sea. Wonderfull snorkeling very close to the shore, I saw lobsters! Very gentle people in charge of estate right above, always available to help. Parrots around too! So nice...

“Pollards family trip” The place was great, clean, comfortable and safe. The sunset and view of the gulf was breath taking and the price was worth the house, Mrs McMillan was very helpful and caring calling all the way from New York City to make sure all our needs were met. “Most amazing villa ever!” Akasha Villa was amazing. Me and my Husband got married in St Lucia and we had seen this villa online and had to book it for our honeymoon. We have been planning this for over a year and could not wait to stay there. When we arrived we were amazed by how beautiful the villa was and it was more then we expected. The views in every room just blew us away, they were spotless with the latest mod cons which was such a treat. There is everything you need in the villa, from a luxury home cinema to a games room and swimming pool to yourself. Juliet was our chef, she cooked us some delicious food and if you do stay there you have to try her local juices, you will not be disappointed. The owner was so helpful and professional with all our correspondence during the time of our booking and entering the villa, we could not thank him more. We are so glad we stayed in akasha, as this is a memorable honeymoon for us. We wish to visit again in the future.

“Marbago....can you get much better? We think not!” Marbago…where do we start? Having met Alan and Marta on a previous visit to Tobago and been lucky enough to visit there wonderful residence for sunset drinks, we enquired if we could rent the property for a week after our wedding? “Of course!” was the response. What a place to escape to after the craziness of a wedding day! Set in beautiful botanical gardens and with a commanding view of the Sisters islands, it really has to be the best spot in the Island. Whether on rising to the bird song at dawn or sipping a rum punch as the sun slips below the horizon, the floating veranda really evokes a feeling of being ‘King of your Castle’….you have to see it to believe it. The property itself is conveniently laid out Chalet with all mod cons (air con in the bedroom was especially welcome). The entire front can be opened up with well thought through bi-folding door system creating a wonderfully airy open plan set up. Highlights to note: Kitchen: you can tell Alan and Marta are in the restaurant business as the Kitchen was a joy to cook in! All the utensils you would every need are available and the island hob and prep area makes a good focal point. We ate in more than we did out! Dining Area: a wonderful annex dining room made for wonderful romantic dinners and the anti-bug netting proved respite from the sugar bees at times! Tropical Jungle Shower: besides the view, this really is the piece de resistance! An open air shower, wall lined with tropical plants really does make you feel as though you are in a shampoo advert….a lovely experience. All the advice Marta left for us was fantastic and even as Tobago veterans, allowed us to explore places we hadn’t been before. We will definitely be returning! Chris and Michelle
