“*****STUNNING****” this house accomadated all of our needs and more and we have a family of 6. it was so nice to be able to come from the beach to and come home TO this beautiful house thats tucked away in a good neighborhood at the end of a culdesac with a huge yard!!! my kids loved catching all the butterflies and lizards lol! it was definately alot more then we bargained for.its even right down thr street from walmart, the beach etc.!!! we absolutely loved it and jenn was amazing. i highly recommend this home to any one. we will definately will be back!!! thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home jenn!!! “Relaxing in the beautiful arizona desert” We spent 2 weeks at this Casita and would recommend to all as easy going and beautiful place to stay. The grounds are very well maintained with two patios with tables and chairs for both. The back patio has a gas grille. The interior is very well appointed. The master bedroom is very spacious with a King, separate shower and a Jacuzzi. Views and access to back patio. The second bedroom is a little smaller but has a tub, shower and large walkin closet. The great room is very comfortable and makes you feel just like home. The best part, everything is on one level, no stairs! The location is central to both Carfree and Cave creek, and the gated security is very reassuring.

“Amazing” If views are what you look for, this is the place.. wake up to the woods, have breakfast listening to the river. Our host was responsive and the place was fantastic. We had a great weekend. Would recommend to anyone, we actually already booked a return trip...

“Sweetheart was AWESOME” Sweetheart did not disappoint! It was a perfect place to go and "disconnect" and yet still close enough to fulfill any needs from the "real world". We enjoyed the small lake side location for walks with our dog, the hot tub for relaxing afternoon soak, the "retro Atari" gaming system and collection of board games for night time activities, and the over all peace and serenity was just what was needed for a break from the "rat race" of everyday life. Thanks to Aimee and Michael for your attention to detail for the decorations and materials provided to enhance our stay.

“Highly recommended” Beautiful location, and the house was very clean & cozy. House has everything you need to make it feel like you are at home. Beautiful scenery form the back and front decks, and our kids enjoyed kayaking in the canal. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

“Peaceful, homey cabin on bay near Gulf beaches” We loved this cabin! I hung out on the wayside dock with a crane next door while watching beautiful sunsets. The Gulf beaches are close by, easy to access, and not crowded. The cabin reminds me of what Gulf Shores used to be like before all the development on the beach. This is a wonderful site for a family vacation.

“A Little Bit of Heaven” The service received from Tina and John was second to none. The booking was easy and the house was immaculate. Every part of the vacation - from the cleanliness of the house, the pool, the area, even the weather - was either as expected or surpassed expectations. It's no wonder therefore that we've rented this particular house for just under a month, every year since 2001! The house is in a great position, close to local shops including a supermarket, lots of restaurants, a bank, opticians, etc. It's only a 7 minute drive to Scottsdale Road, the arterial north/south road that runs through the middle of Scottsdale. Even closer is the 101 Loop, the orbital freeway that encircles most of Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale and all points between. It connects to other major roads, eg the I 10, the interstate freeway that takes you to Los angeles, via Palm Springs, and the 60 and the 93, leading to Las Vegas. Scottsdale itself is clean and tidy and apart from being a haven for golfers, is also great for shopping, with several malls a short drive from the house. The eclectic choice of restaurants is also a big attraction!

“Convenient location & responsive owners” The rental was in a delightful, quiet neighborhood & convenient to Parkway, shops & downtown Asheville. The owners were easy to work with & very responsive. Some of the furniture was worn & the landscaping not well maintained. My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed the large, screened patio & numerous shade trees keeping it comfortably cool.
