“Wonderful place to stay.” Enjoyed my two month stay at Robert's condo. He was very helpful and made sure everything went well for me. Condo was very clean and well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and linens. Also available was beach chairs and umbrella. It also has a deck area with table and chairs which was nice to enjoy morning breakfast. Convient stores near by for snacks and necessities. Everyone there made you feel at home. I would highly recommend this condo for your vacation.

“Fabulous vacation.” Spent a week at the perfect getaway spot! The condo was beautiful and absolutely spotless, with every convenience you could possibly need. The pool was right outside the door, the beach 2 minutes away,and restaurants and shopping on Fifth avenue just 2 blocks away. We were met at the airport by the hosts and driven to the condo, as well as transported to Tulum and other sites and favorite local places to eat for a considerable savings to us . . . more money left to spend on Fifth avenue! I have recommended Casa Segobiano to three different groups who were also very pleased with their trip.

“Modern, clean and comfortable!” We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Playa del Carmen in March 2014! The Condo was modern and clean, esthetic and comfortable. The large pool, beautiful gardens and professional staff made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect: 5-8 minutes walk from the beach, the famous 5th avenue and vast selection of restaurants and 15 minutes walk from the Mega grocery store. “exceeded expectations” We stayed in Condo 305 form april 20th to april 27th, 2022. The Experience was wonderful, the space impeccable, with the exception of a cpl minor construction issues (the granit around the sink is separating from the rest of the counter top at the seams and the counter in the smaller bedroom has a minor crack) one is more than willing to overlook given the location and quality of the rest of the amenities. Two major components that were responsible for our satisfaction were the housekeeper, Angie and the concierge, Isaac. Isaac was extremely helpful, professional and competent. Angie was diligent, friendly and we encountered our condo immaculate every time she was there. Both can only be described as assets to your organization. The location was extraordinary and we are looking forward to booking again with Brick. Keep up the good work.

“Great Location” Our stay at this condo was in the perfect location. One block to the beach ( not even ) and two blocks to 5th ave. The condo building is very secure, safe and quiet. The particular condo we stayed in was very clean and well set up with satellite TV, air conditioning, washer, a penthouse terrace and two balconies to relax and enjoy looking out over the pool area. The pool was a lovely area with sun in the morning and early afternoon as well as lots of mature trees for shade and lounging... although, we spent most of our days a short walk down the beach at Kool Beach Club. The condo is a short walk to 5th ave. with many amazing places to eat and shops to explore. The owner was wonderful. When we arrived she meet us herself and after discovering that one of the air conditioners wasn't working properly she immediately got someone to fix it. She was always available and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this condo for families or couples looking for a quiet place to stay but yet minutes to all the beach or 5th ave. action.

“Perfect in every way!” We stayed here for a week and it couldn't have been better. The place is perfectly located - close enough to everything that you can walk to things, and far enough away to keep things quiet and remote-feeling. Rooftop patio is amazing, and the art work throughout the house makes everything feel special. The hosts go out of their way to fill the place with special touches. I would stay here again for sure.

“Great apartment!!” This place fully met all of our expectations and then some! It was very clean and had everything we possibly needed while visiting playa, from beach towels to bathroom supplies and all the kitchen appliances you could imagine. The cable tv worked great in both bedrooms and we even had hundreds of DVDs if that wasn't enough! The wifi powered three cell phones, a tablet and a laptop without slowing down. We also got as much filtered water as we wanted! The balcony was perfect for that morning cup of coffee while overlooking 26th street. The location was phenomenal and literally a hundred feet from 5th avenue but still in a more quiet part of town, away from the loud clubs so very peaceful! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance! Last thing I'll mention is that the owner, Wendy, was very responsive and helpful!

“Highly recommended” We recently stayed at Holiday Penthouse condominium and it exceeded all of our expectation. It has modern furniture and tastefully decorated. Not to mentioned the private rooftop with lounge chairs, outdoor shower to cool down and a nice view of the ocean. The condo is centrally located in Playa del Carmen, just two blocks away from Mamitas beach and a block away from 5th Avenue where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and convenient stores. Myrna, the owner, was very helpful assisting us and responded to all our queries promptly. We're looking forward to come back again.

“Centrally Located with charm” Ann was very helpful and prompt to respond to any questions prior to traveling. The apartment is as pictured. I felt very secure there and had all the amenities of staying in the heart of Playa del Carmen without the cost of a hotel. Ann was flexible with booking over New Year's Eve, while other places required a longer stay. The apartment was quaint, clean, and cool. We enjoyed our time there and would visit again.
