“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“comfortable and convenient” We recently spent a long weekend at the Purple Parrot for an impromptu family reunion. We chose Yosanmine 10ad for its location near the pool and its proximity to Jump Up 5ad, where the rest of our family stayed. We ate meals and relaxed in 5ad, but during the time we spent in 10ad, we found it to be well equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated, and convenient for our purposes. The bed is firm, which we appreciated. My only recommendation is for the bathroom towels to be upgraded. They were thin and needing to be replaced. The management company is stellar, and we really appreciated the personal attention, friendliness, and responsiveness of the staff. The weather was great during our visit in the first week of October and we especially enjoyed being poolside in the glorious mornings.

“Purple Parrot: Ocean Melodie” How great was this home! We went down for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We have family living in Pensacola and used the fully equipped kitchen to cook a turkey dinner for 10 people. The complex is not on the beach but it is only a two block walk. You can still here the waves crashing on the shore at night while enjoying the large screened in porch or the walkout balcony off the master bedroom.thisnis a two story unit so not good for anyone who can't climb stairs. The complex has a heated indoor pool with hot tub, dry sauna and gym. We used the pool/hot tube every day. The outdoor pool area is a resort paradise with waterfalls and bar. The outdoor season was over so the bar was closed and the pool was too cold to enjoy but we did use the outdoor hot tub! A word of advice, make sure you go to Hub Stacie for dinner. Best food, best atmosphere and best. The Tanger's Outlet Center is 20 minutes away so bring an extra suitcase for all the great shopping you will do. In the summer there are plenty of farmer's markets for fresh fruits and vegetables. Enjoy! You will not regret picking this unit or this complex.

“Quiet” I came to clear my head, I wanted quiet and peaceful and that's just what I got. I was a little surprised at how quiet the town was but it was cool and off season. I was alone but felt very safe. The condo was comfortable and the view was awesome. The next time I return, I would hope to have a partner, it would be a lovely place for a couple to spend a week together.

“The week was a most awesome experience.” the weather could not have been any more georgous. this was our 1st time in 392, but everything was perfect. Perdido Resort was vey accomidating. J.D. was quite friendly and helpful. the only thing i would want to suggest about the condo would be they need to put some type drapes on the bedroom windows. I am a sun worshiper so the beach was the best I have experienced.

“More than wonderful !” My eldest son recommended Perdido Sun. I was taking the boys to Perdido Cye since 1988. My last visit was prior to " Ivan". I was so impressed by the rebuiling. Your property was just what my son from Germany and I were looking for a short vacation. From the managment to the condo was " Great, friendly and helpful". Our visit was wonderful. “Perfect Family Reunion” Our family is spread far and wide, so when we decided to get together this year we knew we needed to find a big house with plenty of room, near the beach. Bingo! This house was just what we needed. Cooking is a strong tradition in our family. We found all the dishes and cookware, in a spacious kitchen, that were needed to prepare and serve dinner each evening. Since we love food and talking, eating at home together was a requirement for us. The large dining table became the center of our conversations and after dinner games. Perfect! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. We had plenty of towels, and the washer-dryer were very convenient. The house was big enough in which to find a quiet corner to read when needed. When some were watching TV, others could retreat to the front porch or by the pool. We were 16 people with an age-range from 10 months to 73 years, and we didn't feel crowded due to the space and arrangement of the house. There is a short walk to the beach and the house is in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for strolls or jogging. Also, it is an easy trip to the shopping centers, with Publix, Walgreens, wine store, etc. Katie, thank you for creating a beautiful home for us to be in for our family reunion. We have great memories to treasure!
