“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Beautiful home, great location, heated pool” This home has it all. It is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac on Glendale's arrowhead Lakes. This beautiful home is furnished with style and quality in mind. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for a large croud. The family room and eat in kitchen is the heart of the home. Large patio doors off the family room allows for indoor and outdoor living. A covered patio gave us shelter from the sun, while others enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the enormous surrounding deck. The heated diving pool was defiately a hit for everyone. Whether you relax around the pool or enjoy the shade from the covered deck, this place has it all. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens luxerious. The air conditioning provided comfortable tempuratures durig day and night. Just down the road is a grocery store and plenty of dining. A short drive will take you to all the shopping you'll want. Overall... a five star home and location. We will definately be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend this vacation property to everyone.

“Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Worth it!” We loved this home it was larger than expected. The pool area was outstanding, we had warm sunshine all day and pool was very warm. We also saw alligators & birds almost everyday! Close to all amenities, we walked neighborhood daily and it was very safe, neighbors would wave hello. Robert was very helpful and truthful about everything he described about his home , we will definitely rent again!!

“Would Rent Again” The house was clean and had everything we needed. Maggie and her husband were very flexible and accommodating. I was with a party of six and we had enough space to all sit around the dinning table. I would definitely rent again.

“Everything you could ever imagine !!!” My new Wife and I just got back from our stay. We held our Wedding there. We had both our immediate families stay with us during 3 days of our 4 day stay. Plenty of room for all, we had 15 adults and 8 kids total. This place is just so amazing. My wife and I toured it prior to our stay and missed so many things because there is so much detail. Our favorite place was the pool area. The day after our wedding some of us hung out at the pool for a couple of hours. The kids all had a blast between the pool slide, video games, ball pit, mini golf, and movie room. This made it easy for us to focus on set up and tear down for the wedding. We had 220 guest during our day and everyone loved the place. Biggest question was how did you find this place. Great photos from our day hit facebook immediately with babies on the Carousels,kids playing mini golf, and people around the tropical pool setting. Andrew, Felicia, and his staff were very helpful. Andrew answered all our questions with fast response times through out the planning. Felicia was there when we checked in and ensured we were settled and answered any last minute questions. The detail andrew put into his Estate is amazing. Every thing out there takes you away from your everyday. We are so lucky that such an awesome place was shared with our family and friends to enjoy. It was the perfect place to hold our special day. The last day I spent an hour taking photos of the Estate in which I noticed the incredible landscape,a touch that just simply takes your breath away on the beauty of life. Andrew thought of it all. The only down fall, which was our fault, is that we did not have enough time to enjoy everything. This was due to a short stay, wedding set up and tear down. Our next stay will be longer. My older Sister from Philly was talking about a family meet up next year. Boy I Hope so. All our Wedding dreams came true. Thank you Ever after Estate and Thank you andrew.

“Beautiful! Relaxing! Perfect!” I spent 4th of July weekend with a group of friends at this wonderful mountain retreat, and it was all that we wished and more!! The views are spectacular, the private pond and the mountains added so much to our stay. It was like being on a private resort...the home had everything we needed to have fun and enjoy this long summer weekend, and we are already planning to return next year. Thank you so much for providing such an amazing spot for a long weekend getaway! And it must be noted how accommadating and easy it was to communicate with the owner and with flipkey whenever I had any questions-- 5 Stars!

“This was the best house I've ever rented” Monica and John have provided a house in a great location and with everything that you could need for your stay. I was there to find a long term rental and a lot to build on because we are moving to Black Mountain in July. Monica provided me with the name of her realtor who turned out to be very helpful There are great restaurants in town and everyone I met was friendly and helpful. “Home Away from Home Only Better” We love this house. It is so warm and cozy. As soon as you step in, you feel right at home. There is plenty of room and open space. The fireplace and living room are incredibly tranquil. There is plenty of sleeping space and bathroom space. The bathrooms are updated and nice and clean. I love the that you don't feel on top of one another. The decor is warm. The views are incredible. We can only imagine how it will be in the summer with the Lake. I can't wait to come back. “A perfect home for our family getaway!” Tranquility on Penobscot Bay was truly a wonderful experience for my entire family! Everything we needed was supplied and the house was very spacious and comfy! All of the beds had great mattresses which was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the big yard surrounding the house and the blueberry bushes right off the side porch was an added plus! Every morning my grandchildren went out and picked their own berries for breakfast! We were in the area to attend a wedding at French's Point which was located just a few miles down the road! It was so convenient to participate in wedding events throughout the week! On our one rainy day there, we made a fire and just relaxed in the spacious living area! Loved having a gas grill out on the large deck that wrapped around the house and we used it almost every night! Rocking chairs on the deck for early morning coffee, too! The ages in our family went from 60's down to 1 year old and everyone had the best time ever! Would return to this special home in a heartbeat!

The options are great for either the relaxed weekend or if you want to water skiing or out on a boat to fish it is all there. “Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!

“Terrific Rental in Windham” This is a great rental property. The house is very well maintained and comes complete with everything you need for your visit. This includes the kitchen where many other rental properties offer sparse and/or low quality utensils, plates, etc. Angel has literally thought of everything and organized the property to make your stay enjoyable. Also, the hot tub has very potent jets which was nice for a bunch of middle aged golfers after a long day on the course. Angel was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire rental process. If you are coming to Windham you will be hard pressed to find a nicer property.

“Best house ever” The house is in a beautiful setting. So many things to do in the area from antique shopping, golf in the summer, winter skiing, hiking, really great restaurants. Once you've seen the house though, you won't want to leave. Great layout for families, group of friends, special occasions or just getting away to a special place. everything is provided for your stay. “Perfect Luxury” Our 5-week stay at this vacation rental was absolutely perfect. The house was everything you could ask for and more. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the last 20 or so years that we have been coming to anna Maria Island and I have to say this one was right at the top of the list. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Short walk to the beach. The owners were very nice to deal with and always responded quickly and were very warm and helpful. Definitely can recommend this vacation rental.

“Outstanding Vacation Rental” Our extended family (22 people - 13A/9K) had a great week at Saddle Beach. The house was beautiful and in very good condition. The option of being in the pool or the river during the day was wonderful. The house was clean and well furnished. The dining room table and table on the porch provided plenty of seating for meals. There was plenty of hot water for showers and clean-up after meals. The pool was clean and the river was awesome, with a gradual slope that was perfect for kids and adults. We used the crab traps provided and caught 2 dozen crabs that made a great contribution to dinner on Friday. Crabbing was best by the dock. We caught all but 3 crabs there, rather than out closer to the middle of the river. The AC on the ground floor stopped working on Tuesday, but one call to the owner and the repair team was on-site in less than 2 hours. The issue was resolved before noon on Wednesday. We have been renting vacation properties for years and issues crop up from time to time. We appreciated the quick response and resolution. The one recommendation we will make is to bring bug spray (mosquitos and horse flies). We anticipated it being right on the river, but if you haven't had that experience, you need to be prepared.

“Loved it, great privacy.” Loved this place wanted a place where there was privacy plus a swimming pool. It is great for quiet and peace. Kids loved the pool and we had it to ourselves which we love the best. We stayed in the 3 bedroom house and it was great for 9 of us had plenty of space.
