“Outstanding Villa in a beautiful surroundings.” We are a family of 5, stayed at the this Lakeside Luxury Villa for 9 weeks total. The house is so beautiful with all that is needed when staying with kids. Very spacious house and lots of things to do, table tennis, soccer game and Playstation game console where everybody can play. Giant TV with hundreds of satelite tv-channels. The pool area is simply fantastic, big south facing screen and large pool - sitting out there and watch the sunset is so lovely. We have rented lots of houes before in Florid and this is simply the best one we have rented. The house is close to supermarkets, mall, Disney and all kinds of activities and shopping. “Charming studio in lovely quiet neighborhood with fenced in private outside area.” This studio has everything you'll need. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood, great for walking. There's a small park just down the road a couple of blocks where you can sit and watch the amazing sun sets or just enjoy watching the boats ride by. The owners are very nice and have a few fur babies of their own, so they may allow you to bring your doggie,too! Sue/Dawn......thank you!!!! I hope to return & stay again.

“Fantastic!” This villa was a great place to stay! Close to Disney parks! You do need a car to get around but everything you need is within a short driving distance. It was awesome! The home itself was clean and well maintained. It was great having a private pool to come back to after we went to the park. We would stay again!

“Home away from Home” Traveled with my children and grandchildren for a Disney family vacation and this home was very warm and inviting for everyone. The pool was a huge plus for the grandchildren after a long day at the parks. Working with the owners for over a year prior to our arrival was a pleasure. They were so accommodating when an unexpected medical issue forced me to be hospitalized and Mike was able to let my son and grandson get in a day early to get ready for the rest of the family. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who is travelling to the Clermont area.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Perfect for Beach Lovers” The views from this Condo are amazing. You cannot get better access to the beach!!! Everything was clean and well done aesthetically. We enjoyed our time, especially my husband who loves the Atlantic Ocean, thoroughly. Onsite parking is a great asset as is the elevator to the 4th floor. Helena and Robert were gracious and very accommodating. Would go back in a heartbeat! .

“Another perfect stay!” It couldn't have been more perfect! Christmas and New Years in paradise. Of course, we are biased, we are the owners, but every time we get to come and enjoy our house we thank our lucky stars that we bought it. Its a great mix of comfort and luxury and we love our afternoon snacks and a drink while watching the sun go down. This year we had the family down again for Christmas (on the lanai!) So much fun to entertain at the big table and share a meal. Even though it was a bit chilly we turned on the pool heat and had a consistent 90 degrees...the moonlight swims were fabulous! Whats also great is that it is such a quick drive over to the beach, we can just hop in the car in within 15 min be down there for the sunset, New Year's fireworks or just a stroll. Looking forward to our next visit!! We hope you will enjoy the house as much was we do!

“Perfect stop & go on our way to weekend in the city” This was the perfect stop & go on Thursday evening as we were staying downtown for the weekend to see Dave Matthews, Vicki greeted us after arrival, answered any questions we had, and we had complete privacy from that point on. The fridge was stocked with drinks and breakfast items, and the kitchen was ready to prepare a meal had we opted to have dinner in. We used Uber for trips as everything is very close to Vicki's place! Very affordable in comparison to hotel but all the amenities of home! Thanks Vicki! Melanie & Eric
