“Absolutely the best place to stay” I have spent more that one vacation in Playa Del Carmen and this is my second trip to Casa Cascada. In July of last year we went down to swim with the whale sharks. We had an incredible experience in which the owner of the home was able to assist us in booking the trip. Swimming with the whale sharks and then enjoying a relaxing evening by the pool was magical. The home, grounds, amenities, views!! are all spectacular. Our recent trip down was no exception. Very well kept and easy walking distance to the beach and downtown. This is a jewell worth experiencing!

“exceeded expectations” We stayed in Condo 305 form april 20th to april 27th, 2022. The Experience was wonderful, the space impeccable, with the exception of a cpl minor construction issues (the granit around the sink is separating from the rest of the counter top at the seams and the counter in the smaller bedroom has a minor crack) one is more than willing to overlook given the location and quality of the rest of the amenities. Two major components that were responsible for our satisfaction were the housekeeper, Angie and the concierge, Isaac. Isaac was extremely helpful, professional and competent. Angie was diligent, friendly and we encountered our condo immaculate every time she was there. Both can only be described as assets to your organization. The location was extraordinary and we are looking forward to booking again with Brick. Keep up the good work.

“home away from home in paradise” We saw this unit when our friends stayed last November. We were excited to book it to stay 10 days in April. It is roomy, comfortable and quiet despite its amazing proximity to the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen. From the moment of online booking to our last day service by Bric's staff was exceptional.

“Perfect in every way!” We stayed here for a week and it couldn't have been better. The place is perfectly located - close enough to everything that you can walk to things, and far enough away to keep things quiet and remote-feeling. Rooftop patio is amazing, and the art work throughout the house makes everything feel special. The hosts go out of their way to fill the place with special touches. I would stay here again for sure.

“Quit Incredible! Best stay of all in Cozumel” This house is really a treat in every way. The rooms are filled with light and air with gardens in view out each window. We spend a week here with a marvelous host named Marco. Not only was the house well equipped with every thing we needed it also offered a feel of serenity not found often in a renal home. The pool is completely private...no need for a swimming suit! We enjoyed the terrace just outside each bedroom. Each room had its own bathroom also. There are 2 bedroom in the main house with the 3rd bedroom offered in a small cottage located on the other side of the pool. The cottage gives a couple or individual real privacy and is just lovely. Marco is such a unique person offering his guest kindness and a real concern for your happiness. He is articulate, well traveled, well read, spirited with zeal for living. One could not find a better friend. He has a real sense of what a traveler needs for a perfect stay. Easy walk to several restaurants and just 2 blocks for the water, very safe feel to this neighborhood also. I for one will come back! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any one, even those with the most discerning taste and experience.

“Nice people to work with” Everyone associated with this rental was extremely nice to work with, e.g. landlord, agents, housekeeper, pool guy and gardener. All very accommodating, pleasant and helpful. The house was just as represented, wonderful. It is in town, close to everything. However, coming from the country, it did take a short time to acclimate to the nightly town noises. I would unconditionally recommend it to anyone.

“Cozumel Home away from Home” There are many places to stay in Cozumel but having your own house with spacious bathrooms and bedrooms plus a normal kitchen and living room is much more comfortable than any hotel and you don't share with a lot of unknown new friends. That sets Casa de Paz apart from ordinary lodging and unless you are a tourist in Cozumel for a week or two, why wouldn't you want a home for travelers, not tourist. This place was perfect. Our deck was on the second floor and our edge of town location allowed us the serenity of the jungle without bugs and beautiful evenings sun sets. We had a birds eye view of parrots, iguanas, and a number of other exotic birds that would land in trees just off our deck. The house has two bedrooms which are exactly the same spacious size and two wonderful shower in the good sized bathrooms. When anything around the house gave us problems, Margaret and her management team would resolve issues within a very short period of time. We enjoyed our experience so much that we have already booked Casa de Paz for three months next year and we are cyclist not divers, but we do snorkel daily. The house also has a rinse bath outside for divers. The house is situated a few blocks from two very large grocery stores. The Caribbean is about four blocks away. There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance and you would seldom need a car at Casa de Paz. For cycling you would be hard pressed to find a better location and mode of transportation. The house is in the newest housing district in Cozumel but it's actually on a dead end street and, consequently, very quiet. For price and value this place can't be beat. A month of lodging here is probably cheaper than a week in most hotels on the island and by far better unless maybe you live in a hotel at home and I doubt it.

“Heaven on Earth” Having stayed at the aldea Thai several times, I can honestly say Suite 306 is one of the best ones available in the entire complex. My entire experience from listening to the world class dj's during the day, the incredible beach club amenities, the aldea Thai complex itself and it's location in relation to the rest of Playa makes this the single greatest place to stay while you are in Playa del Carmen.

“Highly recommend” Clean, spacious, and well equipped condo. Very close to the beach, just a two minute walk and the managing company was very helpful. My flight was cancelled and bad to postpone my stay and they accommodated me without a problem. I liked having my condo cleaned everyday. I liked how they had washer and drier and fully stocked kitchen. Furthermore I was very happy to have had beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. So convenient. Definitely will go back
