“Incredible Peacful Vacation Property!” After renting villas in Puerto Vallarta for the past 14 years I decided to stay for 2 weeks & spend the first week at a beachfront condo for the first time! This was absolutely the best choice for my friends and family. It was one of the most serene and relaxing places to stay. The condo was spacious, clean, contemporary with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would open all of the patio doors during the day and enjoy the constant breeze through out the condo. We felt very secure on the property with the concierge downstairs at night and the secured manned gate at the front. This property is situated perfectly between the marina and downtown Puerto Vallarta and it's less than 10 minutes from the airport. I want to thank Minda the owner for making this stay very enjoyable! We'll be back soon.

“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience.
