“Incredible Peacful Vacation Property!” After renting villas in Puerto Vallarta for the past 14 years I decided to stay for 2 weeks & spend the first week at a beachfront condo for the first time! This was absolutely the best choice for my friends and family. It was one of the most serene and relaxing places to stay. The condo was spacious, clean, contemporary with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would open all of the patio doors during the day and enjoy the constant breeze through out the condo. We felt very secure on the property with the concierge downstairs at night and the secured manned gate at the front. This property is situated perfectly between the marina and downtown Puerto Vallarta and it's less than 10 minutes from the airport. I want to thank Minda the owner for making this stay very enjoyable! We'll be back soon.

“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Beautiful new renovations” We are in agreement with the review Elle wrote and wanted to add a little more. We rented another apartment in this same building (I think there are 3 total)which was also freshly renovated. It turned out to be perfect for us because the balcony for apt a was too dangerous for our 2 year old who wanted to explore everything. The back end had a wonderful little nook to eat outside in the fresh air where there were safer gates. We stayed at 3 places over 2 weeks and this one was the cleanest :) There seemed to be ants in even 'the best' condos in town (where our friends were staying) but not a single one to be found in ours. There are always lots of birds to wake you up in the mornings, no matter where you stay it seems, but our kids eyes lit up with excitement whenever we heard the rooster calls that came from within the neighborhood. We slept through the calls in the mornings, as long as we closed a few windows at night. The beach towels that were provided make packing and laundry days sooo much easier/lighter - so thanks for providing that and the tons of hanging space and drawers. There were two large fan with easily adjustable speeds and the lighting was adjustable as well. Beautiful and spacious - many thanks.
