“Fantastic condo in Playa” Our 2nd visit to Playa, and Luna Encantada is potentially the best "on the beach" condo in the whole town. The unit was lovely, spacious, with a fabulous terrace for evening drinks. The location is great right next to 5th avenue and all the restaurants and clubs in easy walking distance. The condo staff is very friendly and helpful. A no-brainer.

“Little slice of paradise” Incredible food. Perfect beach. Professional, talented staff. Great house -- comfortable, classy and laid back, all at the same time. Me and a few friends rented the villa for four days in February, and we had not a single complaint. If you are looking for a low key beach vacation, away from crowds and hubbub, this is a wonderful spot to consider. I can't think of a single complaint. Oh, and the view from the SkyLounge -- exceptional.

“Excellent Condo!” The place is wonderful, if you are looking for a place in playa del carmen, this is the place. Everything is just around the corner ... few steps from the beach, 5th street, 10 minutes from cozumel ferry, parking lots (if you are driving), etc etc .... The apartment is spacious, clean, beds very comfortable, very nice kitchen, etc ... the wifi is good. it is an excellent place to stay. Me and my family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

“Every bit as good as it looks!” Beautiful unit very well appointed, clean spacious,very modern warm secure home. Quiet building just off the north end of 5th ave festivities. Safe secure well maintained condo. Everything you need to cook simple meals and entertain friends

“Quit Incredible! Best stay of all in Cozumel” This house is really a treat in every way. The rooms are filled with light and air with gardens in view out each window. We spend a week here with a marvelous host named Marco. Not only was the house well equipped with every thing we needed it also offered a feel of serenity not found often in a renal home. The pool is completely private...no need for a swimming suit! We enjoyed the terrace just outside each bedroom. Each room had its own bathroom also. There are 2 bedroom in the main house with the 3rd bedroom offered in a small cottage located on the other side of the pool. The cottage gives a couple or individual real privacy and is just lovely. Marco is such a unique person offering his guest kindness and a real concern for your happiness. He is articulate, well traveled, well read, spirited with zeal for living. One could not find a better friend. He has a real sense of what a traveler needs for a perfect stay. Easy walk to several restaurants and just 2 blocks for the water, very safe feel to this neighborhood also. I for one will come back! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any one, even those with the most discerning taste and experience.

“Unique High-End Private Beachfront Escape” Casa Vela is a beautifully designed "beach house", with all the amenities and toys one would want for a Playa del Carmen getaway. It feels like you are in your own hotel. The dining area is a huge open deck with wide views of the beach and the jungle. Literally on the beach.

“Truly an " Oasis " in Paradise...” My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this luxury residence for the entire month of February 2014. Condo is ideally located approximately 5 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from 5th avenue ( main pedestrian walkway), 2 blocks from both large grocery outlets, Mega and Walmart,and close to innumerable restaurants. Staff at the building were always friendly, courteous and obliging. The pool and huge lounging area are magnificent and we often had the pool to ourselves. This condo is fully equipped with all amenities required by either short term or long term residents. Having vacationed in Playa for the past 5 consecutive years, we would rank this condo right up there with the best Playa has to offer. Found the owner, Mike,to be a pleasure to deal with. Would certainly consider staying here again !! Thanks Mike !!

“Great stay in Playacar” We stayed at Casa Price for a week in February 2014, and loved it. We have visited the Playa del Carmen area previously and can't beat the location in PlayaCar. Quick access to the powdery white sandy beach and the beautiful Caribbean, Casa Price has everything we needed. Great views from the open living area on the second floor, the balcony and the roof top terrace. Satellite TV, internet access and laundry were all a bonus and made our trip more enjoyable. Rosa was a terrific in every way; she cooked, cleaned and looked after all the details in the house so everything was perfect. Everything was as promised! Thanks for sharing Casa Price.

“Sweet Spot On The Mayan Riviera” We were thrilled when we first walked onto this rental property and we stayed thrilled through to the end of our stay. We liked it so much that we travelled back there the next year. The house was spotless, the caretakers were friendly and they went out of their way to help us out. The pool was definately our favorite feature, we loved the fact that it was all our own. The beach is just a hop, skip and a jump away and the nearest city is about a 15 minute car ride, which is close enough for dinner and shopping but far enough away to be quiet at night. The house is gorgeous and the a/c came in handy for sleeping. We rented a car and traveled to Mayan ruins during the day and relaxed poolside at night. We really couldn't have been happier with the place!

“Playa Paradise” We spent three weeks in this beautiful, spacious unit, in a perfect location. It is right on the beach, next to Wicky's Beach Club, which has very afordable lunches. We like being on the ground floor because there's usually more outdoor space and it's usually easier to get to the pool and beach. This was truly the case here. The unit had a huge patio and an extra patio one step up from the normal sized one with an abundance of patio furniture - then, only down a few steps to the pool. The kitchen was large and mostly well-stocked, with purified water delivered at checkin and throughout our stay. The furnishings were comfortable and attractive. There was an extra den-like room at the entrance, for extra sleeping or quiet time, if needed. Both baths were good sized, one with a washer/dryer combo. Daily maid service was provived by very friendly staff. There isn't much to improve on in this unit. We did have problems with the phone and internet connection, but we were in Mexico and it did take Telmex a week to get to us. I would only add a few things - a few more pans for cooking, and one more chair in the living room. There was one couch and one chair in the living room of the two bedroom unit which slept 6. Also, which we found strange, there was a curtain which could cover the patio door but nothing to cover the side windows in the living room, kitchen and den, which overlooked a walkway to the pool. There were shades which you could use during the day, but you could see through them at night. We ended up using towels to cover the windows at night. We did have ants in the kitchen, on the counters - possibly because there are plants and lots of dirt next to the kitchen wall. Lots of mosquitos and no-see-ums when we were there.

“Luxurious, Opulent, Well-maintained--110% satisfied (would go back tmw)” Read all the previous reviews for details--- they are all absolutely accurate. There is even purified water brought in the house and kept in a separate tank for drinking and cooking. Having access to the Reef Hotel and the gym & beach was phenomenal. We played Volleyball everyday at 4pm, then took a quick dip in the ocean. The evenings were spent strolling to town to discover a new restaurant OR simply cooking up something ourselves in the gourmet kitchen at home. The management company and the property owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We ordered the van transfer from Cancun airport (so worth it since as soon as we touched down-- the stress-free vacation began.) You could also take a luxury bus to the center of PDC and then cab over to the Reef Hotel (across the street) -- no worries. We had Maria stock some Coronas and Papaya and other items so the house was ready upon arrival (for a nominal fee). I like to give balanced reviews and have been racking my brain to come up with something at Casa Susana that needs improvement. The only thing I could say is that the Wifi got really slow when 5 people were using it -- no big deal -- get off the internet and get to the beach! You're on vacation! The property is also very safe in Playacar Phase 2 -- a 5 min/$5 cab ride into town. The cabs are constantly available and right on the corner. “Felt like home!!!” Henney and team did everything to make our stay feel like home. The accommodations were always clean and I have seen first hand the cleaning process. When people left, a major cleaning of everything was done on all levels. If something was missing or needed, all you did was ask, and it was all done right away.
