“Great Downtime in San Juan” Unit was perfect for a getaway week in San Juan. We were on the beach every day which provided warm water, sun, and shade. Condo was perfect size for us, and on 15th floor very safe, quiet, and private. Had everything we needed, washer-dryer, etc. Building employees very courteous and helpful. Variety of restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. We did not have to rent a car. We ate breakfast and lunch in condo, then ate dinner out every day. Pool deck is beautiful and health club a big plus. Overall great place to relax, chill out, and enjoy the ambiance.

“Perfect!” My husband and I stayed here in April 2015 with our 10yr. old daughter. The Condo was perfect. Very tastefully decorated, and very clean. The owner took a lot of thinking into everyone's needs that would be staying here. Both bathrooms were stocked with multiple toiletries, all kitchen appliances necessary, including coolers for the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, games, baby equipment and the list goes on. The location was absolutely perfect. We rented a car so did a lot of exploring but if you do not rent a car, you will not miss it. Everything you need is within walking distance or a very short taxi ride for groceries. I was a little worried about the condo being so close to the airport, although very convenient, I thought it would be somewhat of a disturbance with the airplanes flying over. We never even noticed the airplanes! That was not an issue. We had soooo much wonderful food in Puerto Rico but I must say, One of my very favorite things was walking down the beach, to the left and getting fish taco's. It is about 1 block down from condo if you are facing the ocean. We like fine dining and have tried fish tacos from all over, even the ones from Cabo do not compare with these. We were skeptical at first, but you will not regret or "get sick" if you try! The leasing agent and owner both were very friendly and very timely will all responses. Comparing this condo to a hotel, you can not beat the price. We normally stay in luxury hotels but because our daughter was with us, we did not spend the extra money. We made an excellent choice and would absolutely stay here again.

“Excellent Penthouse and Lovely Stay at ESJ Towers” Thanks Isabel for making our stay that wonderful. We had lovely stay and time at ESJ tower PH 1753. Good spacious PH for stay with my wife and kid. We had no problems staying. All ameneties and services were up to mark. Had speedy check in and sppedy check out. Tour desk at recpetion helped us with good tours while our stay. “Wonderful Experience in Beautiful Property” We stayed for one week at this property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a centrally located condo to explore the eastern coast of Puerto Rico. The condo is in the Rio Mar Wyndham resort. The property is very well-maintained. The owner of the condo was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions prior to our arrival. The owner provided a comprehensive document filled with tips, suggestions and recommendations for day trips, restaurants and grocery stores. I used this document a lot both before we arrived and while we were there. I would suggest the day trips to San Juan and El Yunque rainforest. For restaurants, we tried several of the owner's recommendations and none disappointed. Our favorites were Raices (Old San Juan), the Patio del Nispero in the Hotel Convento (old San Juan) and La Parilla (Luquillo kiosk). The condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The condo is steps away from the pool and beach. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to come back again!!
