“Best holiday ever” Everything was fabulous. The fantastic condo, the beautiful interior, the location couldn't be better. A few steps to the pool and another few steps to the ocean. From the first moment it was breathtaking. Susana and Rebecca, the two marvelous staff, did a absolut best job ever to make us the most delicious food and clean up for us every day. Rosina helped us out with all our questions and fix whatever we asked for without a doubt. We travelled the hole way from Sweden without knowing not more than I read on internet, we could even end up on the beach without a condo just cheated ( who knows this days?) I can honestly say I had very high expectations, and for once, ALL my expectations was fullfilled with the highest score. How can I describe a place like this, all the beauty you see with your eyes, all the comfort your body can feel all the things you can do, the beachclubs, the experiences with the fab company Puerto Vallarta adventures and so on..... I can do the list so long. We didn't have time to do evertything we really wanted to because we were so pleased and satisfied to stay at the condo. We had it all there. The only thing I could complain is the 2 last nights there , we stayed for 11 nights, we had some neighbor called and complained at us that we were noisy. Yes, we were laughing and talking, we were 11 persons( we had some friends living in another hotel there on visit) at the terass and playing cards, so naturally our voices was loud. But the clock was before 9 in the evening, it was a friday and the same on saturday. Of course we stop and go to bed, but this incident was the only thing I could complain. We were so lucky that we had better neighbors the rest of the days, otherwise it could destroy the hole vacation. I mean, if you stay in a condo with other people, you must like people and accept they are living around you. If it's a big party nighttime, I fully accept it's not acceptable, but before 9 and just having a good time, not a party, it's too much. Maybe you better stay alone in a private vila without close neighbors. Except this, which I already forgotten by now, this was the best holiday ever with family and good friends celebrating my 50 years anniversary. From my heart: I will thank you Mike, to let us stay in your absolutely most stunning place, with light beautiful energies and everything that comes with that ;)

“Great building, great location” I've stayed here three times over the past three years, and I'll definitely be back. The condo itself beautiful with high end finishes and a million dollar view. The building has a pool and hot tub, and its gate opens directly to the beach. I could never leave the condo and be content, but it's only a short walk from great restaurants and activities in Punta Mita. Punta Mita is a great little town that is nice, yet not overrun with tourists. Ask for Gerardo at the marina for a great fishing trip. The location is also convenient to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita if you're looking for a bigger town for a side trip. I'm already looking forward to my next trip.

“Beautiful new renovations” We are in agreement with the review Elle wrote and wanted to add a little more. We rented another apartment in this same building (I think there are 3 total)which was also freshly renovated. It turned out to be perfect for us because the balcony for apt a was too dangerous for our 2 year old who wanted to explore everything. The back end had a wonderful little nook to eat outside in the fresh air where there were safer gates. We stayed at 3 places over 2 weeks and this one was the cleanest :) There seemed to be ants in even 'the best' condos in town (where our friends were staying) but not a single one to be found in ours. There are always lots of birds to wake you up in the mornings, no matter where you stay it seems, but our kids eyes lit up with excitement whenever we heard the rooster calls that came from within the neighborhood. We slept through the calls in the mornings, as long as we closed a few windows at night. The beach towels that were provided make packing and laundry days sooo much easier/lighter - so thanks for providing that and the tons of hanging space and drawers. There were two large fan with easily adjustable speeds and the lighting was adjustable as well. Beautiful and spacious - many thanks.

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “First class, gorgeous, spacious, relaxing, amazing view, oceanfr” Two weeks at the end of February, five years in a row, we have enjoyed a great vacation at this condo. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and clean. The service is the best, people are extremely pleasant and always willing to help.The location is a favorite. The beach is beautiful and great to walk on and people watch. The town of Bucerias is walking distance or a short taxi ride and has great restaurants. The gym is very well equipped and the spa services are first class. The Millers are great hosts and always make renting their condo a pleasure. We hope to continue our vacations there for many years to come.
